Great fast service, great fitting bathing suit that delivers all it says it would. I absolutely love how it fits. Shapes my booty right, tucks in the tummy and side fat really good and makes me feel really sexy.

I experience was fine. I received the products pretty fast. I feel like i need to go down a size.

Purchased 2 items, one of them fit, wanted to return the one that didn't, emailed SHAPELLX to let them know if the Return so they could send me a Label, after almost 48 hours they replied asking if I wanted to gift that item that didn't fit to a friend, and they would give me a $40 credit towards tmy next purchase. I said yes, but then waited on SHAPELLX Customer Services for 72 hours only to have to follow up myself with them to let them know that since there had already been 72 hours and nobody had replied to me during those 3 days, I didn't want to gift the item to no one, nor did I want the $40 credit for a new purchase.
Finally got a response from SHAPELLX Customer Services Rep. With a not very much felt "We are sorry for the late reply" kinda vibe, and then they provide the code for the $40 credit towards a new purchase, which I had already declined in my previous email to them, where I stated why I didn't want that at all. They might have not read it, I guess.
Once again, I informed I just wanted to Return that item in order to get a full Refund of it, to which they took another 48 hours to reply back, only to provide their Return address but no Return Label.
I, once again, complained to them about them taking days to reply back when their email automatic response explicitly says "We always reply back within 24 hour", which by now it is not true at all, then asked them to produce a Return Label so I could send this item back to them and finally get my refund.
So, overall experience with this company and their Customer Service Support: could and should do better.

I chose xl, which is two sizes below the recommended size from the size chart, and it still did not snatch me. I would like an exchange to a size L.

This is my 1st time so far its ok, however, I don't think I have the right size because I cannot fit it and I am not sure if I should return it or take it as a loss because it took sometime to receive.

The ad led me to believe that there was padding in the hips and thighs to give me some shape. There was absolutely nothing. And not only that, the shaper itself is so thin that it doesn't actually hold anything in. I'm under 120 pounds and I got the XS. All it did was make me look like a can of busted biscuits. And I don't even weigh that much to begin with. So how it could take a thin person and make them look worse is beyond me. And I spent over $100. Save your money and your dignity.

I'm not thrilled with the shape wear as I thought I would be. It fits in most places but not on the top and the bigger size is no better. So I now have 2 pieces of shapewear that have only been tried on and unfortunately, will never be worn. I needed shape wear for my wedding gown and had to give up and will have to use tape :(

Awesome shape wear. Smooths out my clothes especially when I wear my dresses. The bathing suite was a plus, I can't wait to wear it.

The first one I got in my actual size was sooo small I tried to make it work but it was impossible. They sent me the next size up and it came the next day! That surprised me. I was able to fit the next size up. The only thing about the brief panties they roll down but I feel I can make it work.

The site was very easy to follow the guidelines were laid out and great detail. Everything was a quick fast super easy process with no confusion and lots of details for any information that I was looking for when I was hesitant to buy. Because of sizing
