Okay just need to make sure fuzz does come the first time

The item arrived on time and quality seemed good. However it did not fit in comparison with other companies sizing. I did not like that I had to send several email responses or wait for an approval for a refund. You charged my credit card with no hesitation and the same should be done if a customer wants a refund. I requested a refund the very same day I received the item and realized it didn't fit.

I love how comfortable it is. The croch zipper still seemed a little small. It didn't snatch me in around my tummy or hips the way I had hoped. I was hoping it would give me even the slightest little booty and lift but it still wasn't flattering for someone who doesn't have a butt.

I loved my experience and all my items except for one of my items went on sale right after I purchased it buy one get 1/2 off

This bathing suit is exactly as described. I could've possibly ordered one size smaller. But I'm allowing room for shrinkage because I plan to wear and wash it a lot. Nice, good quality material that holds things in place doesn't squeeze too tight, provides a comfortable snatch that isn't too tight. I love all the vibrantcolors. I got it in yellow.

I like the product but I can still see my fat lines, and it only comes halfway up my torso. So I guess I'm just too fat for it.

I was afraid it wasnt going to fit, but it did! After losing 220 lbs, this is my first shapewear and it give me such beautiful curves, my butt is still lumpy, but its just cuz thats how much butt is lol. 😄. I am only 4'11 so when I sit down I have to pull the excess fabric up more or it is a little uncomfortable on my insides, but I definitely will be buying more! I can tell what my arms and belly are going to look like after skin removal one day, and it really got me motivated and excited again 😀

I received my products quickly and with no problems. Unfortunately both products I ordered fit poorly. I ordered a bra in my regular size, but the band was quite tight and I ordered shapewear but the length of the torso was very short. I'm not super tall, 5'8", but it really felt like I needed 1/4 of the size more length to fit comfortably. The shapewear I ordered had built in cups and I really wish it fit better, because it's the only shapewear with cup size that actually fit and didn't compress my breasts.

I experienced a run in my left leg, which is why I am ordering more. I haven't had the shaper for very long, but I am willing to try it again.

I had to return two bathing suits for larger sizes and wanted to order the same ones in larger sizes and just do a exchange. During that time my credit card was compromised and I couldn't have the funds put back on the card so Luna sent a gift card and the whole exchange process went seamlessly

I ordered 2 different sizes because I didn't know my correct size. However had to keep the 2 pieces I ordered in 2x because I missed the return date. Now I'm stuck paying for items I can't use. Other than that it's great service.

Nice material, easy to get in and comfortable. Having a zipper is a plus. Only thing runs a little smaller on the breast cup.

I placed an order on 1/14 and it's still is processing. The 7-10 business days to process an order is insane! Based off the reviews I'm really excited to try the products and hope the wait time is worth it

I like the shape where I have once similar to it but your shape where don't meet my requirements so I requested a refund and I haven't heard anything back from y'all

My experience with shapellx has always been outstanding. Keep up the great work in making sure we look amazing in our clothes.

The comfortability is unmatched. The make and quality of the product is definitely speaks for itself. I am well pleased with the care and thought they seem to put in each garment. Designed with real women in mind.
