I ordered the XL shapellx and received it when it was scheduled to arrive. I bought the shorts one and love it. It is easy to get on and holds everything where it should. It actually had my pants falling off of me where before it would not, so easy to use the bathroom in it as well as take them off. I would absolutely recommend it to others. It is such a help. I ordered from shapellx because they looked like a great product. I was very glad that they had "Hassle-free returns!" well it is NOT hassle free. You CANNOT do the return on line. You MUST email them first, then wait a few days, then you receive a reply stating what if we return 1/2 your money and give you a 30% off coupon on your next purchase? If the product does not fit and you requested a return why the heck would you want to keep it? I will not purchase from them again.
I was really excited to order shapers from this website I watched the videos looked at the comments looked at the reviews and everything looked and sounded fantastic! My problem is the first time I ordered two small of a size so it wouldn't fit over my belly, so I messaged Shapellx and they responded quickly, I let them know that I needed a larger size they, asked for my measurements and they sent me a new one at no cost to me. No one I received my new one I was disappointed in how the shaper shaped my body, most likely because I didn't choose the right one for my body. So I'm hoping that I can lose some weight so I can wear the first shaper because it's looking to me like that will hold in my belly the way I want it to.
