I have been trying for several days through your customer service to receive the information I need so that I can return my items via my own choice of return shipping?.
My first encounter with customer service was to try to get me not to cancel but to accept a different product or a bonus. Then when that wasn't accepted I didn't hear from a while when I said no. I want my return. Then finally I heard with a link I went to the link did my return and it has been 2 days pending review.
Obviously your company is not aligned with responding immediately to returns. You do everything you can to dissway a person from either choosing another course like a gift card or something, or just make it so damn difficult that they give up. I'm not giving up. I want to return my items and get my money back and I will never use your company again unless this is done in a timely manner which so far it hasn't been. Also, if this does not get rectified soon I will be leaving a very bad review and reporting you to the better Business bureau as well as any other agency that may apply.
So I would suggest that you get me the information I need so I can get my return processed since I'm using my own shipping choice rather than happy returns for $10.99 for each item I want to return. I need the addresss and whatever I need for to put in the box with my return.

I was hoping that the bra would fit well. All of the features of this bra were a minus, not a plus. The extra hooks were a hassle. The extended side and back did NOT hide or smooth back fat. I have a larger cup size and I thought this bra would be wonderful. The support was sufficient but everything else was a disappointment. Not a fan of the Shapellx products.

The product is great, but the size chart need to be rethought. I bought a size medium for my bra's and should've gotten a large. The size chart for my bra size suggests a medium, but to me the bra runs smaller than suggests. Only dislike!

My bra was to small, the short was too large. I ordered by the measurements given. I have requested return authorization via email (the only option to contact them) & received confirmation of my request. I even got an offer for a discount to to keep the items, but how does that help me if I can not wear them? Of course, I get no less than 5 advertisements daily, but no return process yet.

Petite sizes should be offered. Many times Tummy Control is not low enough. I don't have a belly over my belly button, my concern is the lower tummy.

I ordered at the beginning of the month, I just got it, but not delivered at my house, delivered at my mailbox. That I had to get in my car and go get! Terrible

Everything that I have ordered from Shapellx has been true to the all their products and description. From the shapeware to clothing, it just gets better and better!

So Far the items I have purchased have been of great quality and consistent. Better than ordering of Amazon. The price is worth it.

I love my shaper, I bought it for my wedding to cone my belly I didn't want family to know I was pregnant until we announced it at the wedding. This shaper smoothed me out and was perfect! Must buy.

The delivery was fast. I ordered two. They were exactly what I expected. It definitely pulled the mid section in. I will definitely order again.

I've shopped with Shapellx for about 2 years now and they've never disappointed me. Even if something is wrong such as a horrible delivery they do everything in their power to correct these issues. I hope everyone has the same experience.

First order to small please credit my credit card for that purchase.Then made another order today hoping the bigger size bras will fit.
