After trying on my recently purchased shapewear, I found that it did not fit correctly. I emailed Customer Service and they replied very quickly. They were friendly and helpful, and offered to send me a new item with the correct size. They even took the headache out of returning the original item by asking me if I'd like to keep it! The new item arrived in great condition.

I initially had trouble with delivery because of my address, their customer service was amazing and able to reship my item to me in a way I could receive it. I got it and loved it! I've tried a lot of "shaping" swimwear and with my diastasis recti they made me look bigger somehow. Not this one! This one actually shapes you properly and I love the style! I just ordered another one to try!

The fit was fine but it was a lil tight in the cooch area. When I sat down it pulled up my butt like a thong. I had to unzip it for relief, but as I slim down I dont feel like this will be an issue for long. Otherwise I love it.
The bathing suits were a perfect fit, the colors are great. The shapewear did a good job at holding all things in place. I recommend the product.

Excellent compression garment. I love the breathable fabric! The fabric is like second skin. The fit is perfect and I love everything about the product
My order was left in a public area.someone was kind enough to deliver the package to my apartment after seeing it on a bench over 4 or five days. I was very disappointed that it wasn't delivered to the address on the package.

I ordered a shaper in the size I wear but it was to big, shapelix replaced my order with a smaller size and also let me keep the other one. Thanks shapelix. ( I have a request to create a shaper for women that's had c-sections, a shaper that gives stronger compression from the lower abdomen up) can't wait…💕💕
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I wanted to return and exchange and you asked me what size and model and sent me the correct size and color! On top of that you allowed me to keep the prior order!
