As always quality products. I appreciate getting the correct items I ordered this time around. My only complaint is the unreliable carriers that were used. I did receive my order but not without stressing over whether the delivery person would deliver it to me or take it else where because they just refuse to do their job well. The order on June 8th was delivered to an unattended lobby with high traffic. I do not live in the lobby. Makes me appreciate UPS, USPS & FEDEX even more because their workers would not have left my package in the lobby. Thank God a honest maintenance worker saw my package and delivered it to me. For this very reason I am very skeptical placing additional orders with you because I now know that it will be with a cheaper carrier that does not have good customer service in mind. Today I placed another order and sadly I had to ship it to a family member's home which is way out of my way. I feel a bit more confident that the crappy carriers you use have no choice but to deliver it to the concierge as opposed to unattended area.
Last week I reached out via email with my order number requesting to return my items and I received no response.

I don't know if I bought the wrong size or what, but this does not hold anything in. I'm a size 10. I bought a large. Maybe I should have bought a medium. Nowhere on the site does it mention what size is recommended when purchasing. Very disappointed.

Bra didn't fit l wear regular bras 38G but this bra 38 is to big l need 36 G or H l wish they would make them in my size and also more colors

Fine, pretty good but it's just the way you look at it. The ads show white women who have had a BBL and tummy tuck and are trying to keep that same body. The black women have real bodies and that's what is more authentic.

I ordered for the first time and unfortunately did not order the correct size. I emailed company requesting for an even exchange because the products I received were great, just the wrong size. The material of the shape wear is excellent! They offered a replacement of my order at no extra charge! Amazing. New sizes came in the mail and they fit perfect.
The shape wear I ordered fit perfectly and hold me in so snug! The additional support from the latches and the zipper are perfect!
I bought two garments and one mystery box. The mystery box fits me fine, but the other two garments are too big on my legs. I have tried to contact.Shapellx on many occasions. I sent multiple emails, called multiple times and still nobody has responded. I would be weary of ordering anything from here unless you know it's going to fit you 100% the garments are not worth the hassle to just return products.

It wasn't what I expected. Didn't give details about it was a whole body suit that doesn't have a place to unattached at the bottom.
Bought to wear for a wedding and barely made it through the ceremony before having to take them off. Too tight in some places, but fit perfectly in others.
