I received my order from Shapellx, but unfortunately, it arrived with the wrong size. I promptly reached out to their customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with Shapellx. I have ordered several of their products, and I have been thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality.
I placed a order for 3 swimsuits and received 3 weird items that I did not purchase. Not only did it take forever for the item to arrive but the customer service was horrible. They were basically worried more about receiving their items back than making sure i got my correct order in a timely fashion. I sent my items back yesterday and sent an email around 4:30 pst that I did so. I received an email at almost 3am letting me know that my order will be shipped but due to the warehouse being closed on weekends it will take 3-5 business days to process.
I have never had this happen and never had a company not give a damn or offer any type of incentive.

You can argue it's my fault, and yes I agree it is, but every line on your website relating to returns should make it clear it's not free. I will shop elsewhere now that I know.

I purchased this shape wear for the compression and lift and it did not disappoint. It was pricey but, it's a great product.
I got my new size in a week.The company got back with me fast. They were right on it with the correct size I ordered.
The suit is beautiful and does a great job of holding my belly in, but I'm tall (5' 10) and have a longer torso. I'm also a 38 DDD. So between my height and pulling the suit over my boobs, I still get a deep cut and some of my belly hangs at the bottom. Just wish it was a little bit longer.

The foam padding on the cups has large creases on both sides from being smashed during shipping. I bought this to wear under my wedding dress and was not able to do that. I don't know if I'll be able to wear it under anything tight because of the creases. So I just wasted $60 on something I can't use. It fit well and smoothed in all the right places. Please consider shipping in a more sturdy fashion instead of just a bag.

I've spent $261 and I still haven't gotten my order yet. First order was lost in custom I was told I was gonna get my order replaced got a tracking number and everything only to receive the item I received for the inconvenience. I'm really upset because I wanted my order but at this point, I'd rather just have a refund. The only thing I can add is that everyone I enter kind of with was nice but I still don't have no order as of June 16,202 and I placed my order May 24,2025.

My experience went from pleasant to stressful after delivery. My shape wear did not arrive but I received a notification that it was delivered. I was initially told to reach out to post office which I did and reported the incident. I was told the time was 3 days for the Post Office to respond. On day 3 after reporting I did receive an email from shapellx stating they were resending the item, and I did receive the second one very quickly.

I liked the shape of both items. I'm just noticing you don't have a size chart for either of these items. Actually on most of your items on your website. Unfortunately I'll be returning these items because I don't want the back and forth of trying to find the right size & fit.
