I'm always skeptical of advertisements I see on Facebook. However, I took a chance and it never disappointed. Anytime that I've had to do an exchange, it was always an easy process. I've purchased the dresses, shapewear, and bras. I love the product.
I am absolutely obsessed with all of their clothing. Need more options, like dresses and leotards (with the built in shape wear) come out.
I ordered the shapewear thong. I was the emcee for an event. The project smoothed out my waist but it slowly began to rise up and it was so tight I couldn't pull it down. It became extremely uncomfortable but I had to push through the event in pain. I ended up having what feels like a cut on my crack.
I previously had an issue with sizing, my waist was one size and my butt another, I wanted it tight enough to snatch my waist but not make my butt flat. I requested an exchange which I normally don't do because of the hassle like with other companies but I got tired of keeping things that didn't fit and money going to waste but to my surprise not only were the items exchanged but I was told I didn't have to return those that didn't work which was a blessing not having to print off labels and make a trip to the post office because of my work schedule…and I didn't even have to ask! Nora was amazing, she replied to my email promptly and offered this curtesy. This type of service that you rarely, if ever see makes you confident in buying and keep you coming back! The products truly are amazing and make a big difference in your silhouette you just have to find the right fit!
I had gastric sleeve about 3 years ago and lost over 100 pounds and have purchased atleast 5 fajas and started at a 2x full body and went all the way down to a size large to keep the loose skin in place. I just had a baby almost 4 weeks ago and I just purchased the surgical super strong one for post surgery recovery to help me get my stomach back down. The quality is superior to any others I've purchased and they are extremely comfortable and I wear them every day all day even at work.
Shopping experience was good but the bra sizing was completely off. This will be my 2nd purchase and hopefully I'll be a happy customer this time
I purchased the Bare Essentials AirSlim® Convertible Strapless Push Up Bra and it has No Support or Enough Padding. Very Disappointed
I was so excited to get this, until I was sliding it on, I pulled the thigh part under the butt and a hole ripped. I dont even have nails. I was so disappointed. Also the inner thigh part is rough. I can feel the mesh and the only thing that helped was putting on pants. I was able to stitch the hole up, but for $79 this should have never happened. Yes, it did roll down. Im highly disappointed in this garment

A lot of hype... this shaper still rolls up on my thighs and you can see the lines on my thighs... it has great stomach coverage though... pricey... a lot of hype but nothing really special from my experience with shapers... I'm 5'9 215... hourglass figure... just wanted to have a little tummy at age 57

I have been a repeat customer of Shapellx for some time, but my recent orders, particularly my last one (Order: SYSX-*******), have been consistently disappointing due to inaccurate sizing and slow delivery. It took a long time for my last order to arrive. When it finally did, the items were the wrong size! In this specific purchase, I ordered a 40DDD bra and the Deep V-Neck Cross Back Shaping Bodysuit (Black / 3X). The bodysuit looked like a swimsuit, but my main issue is with the sizing of both items. The bra, specifically, was nowhere near a 40DDD; the fit was completely off and unusable. This isn't the first time. I've received items in the wrong size on previous occasions as well, which is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
The repeated issues with receiving incorrectly sized items, with the delays in shipping, have led me to the decision that I will no longer be shopping from this company. The persistent lack of accuracy in sizing have made it too unreliable to continue as a customer and the return process is ridiculous!

Definitely felt the "hug" and felt I lost a size, the strip of rubber on the bottom help keep the top down and not roll up. And it using nature ingredients in the fabric makes conscious sense.
I ordered on June 10th and still have not received my full order. Only to be told over 10 days later that something happen during transit and my order has been lost. They did say that they are sending a replacement order to me but even getting tracking information for that has been like pulling teeth. I have not received my full order as of today.

The shaper is a medium. I'm medium size and very proportioned but have belly fat from kids and middle aged. The shaper is so tight and not flexible enough. The breast cups are too big as well. Pretty disappointed.

When trying to order a new compression garment, I went back to Shapellx. The quality of their product is beyond compare and with the zipper gusset, going to the restroom is not an issue. Every product I have purchased, has fit true to size.
The product is great. It fits snug and very comfortable. I recommended it to my niece that is why I purchased the second one, the delivery time is good.
I love the stretch and the way it flattened my stomach. I wish I should of gotten the large instead of the xl.
