I need to exchange because the item I purchased is too big. I haven't received a response. Not sure what to do at this point.

I'm glad they have free exchange but it was a difficult process. I couldn't figure it out on my own after several attempts. I finally decided to email them and they fixed it. The process is confusing because it doesn't show the exchanges only the original order.

My order was delivered in time for my trip, which was fantastic! I'm not keeping the order as I ordered multiple swim suits but the style looks nice and I appreciate that when I pay for expedited delivery that I actually receive it on time. Good job! I have received multiple emails to confirm receipt of my order, even after I indicated the first time that I received my order. Not sure why the follow-ups when I've already provided a response. Not too keen on unnecessary email.

I will begin with the shipping. Shipping was a bit of an issue. The website said that it ships to my address in Hawaii. However because I live on a military base it could not be delivered to me. So the shipping or delivery company contacted me to let me verify my address and said that I needed to give them a different address for delivery in the same state. I ended up using my friends addressed to have it delivered. In my opinion I think I would have liked to know in advanced that they could not deliver to my address. I also think that it would be better to use USPS for delivery. This particular shapewear is I think is made well. However, for shapewear I would think that it would have more compression. I got the smallest size available which was a size small but I didn't feel that it held anything in or that it lifted the butt area. For shapewear I expect it to be thigh and lift and hold and compress everything in. But this shapewear did not do this. I may have to try different style to see if it does the same. But for now I will most likely return the shapewear.

It doesn't seem to work for me … I'm small in the hips 34 waist and 42 bust … I have given away 2 of this brand. This will be my last purchase if it doesn't do what you say it does … I ordered an xl

You in the right places and also smooth out your rolls. Very good customer service. Purchase 2 items got them in 2 different shipment because one color was out of stock. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and gave me options to choose from whether I wanted a refund or to wait for item to get back in stock. Overall I'm in love with these shape wears. Thank you Shapellx you gained a new customer.

Getting run around
Website said easy returns, but there is not made easy for me at all. Still have not been able to return it and their items are very pricey and it does not fit way too small for a 3X I weigh 250 pounds. It should've fit, but it doesn't.

Love love love them all. I'm hoping that this body shaper does it more for me than the other ones I have. This one that I'm ordering now is a wish that's been long coming and over due wish I could join the company and give my thoughts on some of my ideas lol. But however best body shapes ever. I feel so sexy in all my shapers. Thank you for making us women feel sexy even if we don't sometimes.

Great site and products, shipping just takes a bit so you want to make sure you have time before needing the stuff you order.

I love my new shapewear. I wore this weekend at a birthday party and I tell you what! I loved how I looked, how I felt. Very comfortable and holds everything in.

I had a seamless ordering and delivery experience. Thankfully I ordered my size instead of sizing down as read in the reviews. I would order from here again and plan to in the future.

I purchased the AirSlim Strapless Mid Thigh Bodysuit for a trip and it looked great and felt fabulous. Although I was a lil apprehensive about the bra, did not want a nipple slip it did hold on. I attempted to wear it again long after the trip but my trip to the restroom was a nightmare. I bent down the strap popped the seam it was attached to popped. It wasn't sewn securely. Then the worst happened and the zipped broke. So I was butt out as the material separated.

Although I originally received the wrong product, I was impressed with the quality of the customer service and the quick response.

Shipping was fast and price was on point. Item just didn't work out for me. I'm on the smaller side in the breast area so it didn't look right on me.

My first order was delivered to the wrong address. My second order was left outside my apartment building in the middle of downtown. Luckily a responsible neighbor brought it inside to the package room so it wasn't stolen. Will not order from this company ever again.

I really love my AirSlim® Deep Plunge Butt-Lifting Bodysuit, however it has a lot of stretch and the cups are too big. I'm 160-165 pound, 38C, 40.5 Hips. The large is way too big. I should have gotten a medium.
