My items are easy to order and always arrive on time. Every time I have an issue customer service works with me to get it fixed as soon as possible. I love the company and the products!

Good customer service. I got gift card credit for a couple of items. Minus a fee, which i mostly understand given the type of products.

As a women who's always been plus size this has been a wonderful business with helping me train my waist and keep my posture. ALL of their products are great. It doesn't matter your size OR how much compression you want - they have it all!

An item I had purchased, was too large therefore I requested an exchange for a smaller size. And although it is mentioned that the costs fall on the customer for returns for shipments outside of the US, but I was not simply doing a return for a refund but simply needed an exchange. They heard my concerns considering that these items cost a bit more than similar items found sold by other companies that cover shipping both for sending two customers and for accepting returns. I feel they truly heard what I was saying, and rectified the situation by not having me return the product that does not fit, and offered me a gift card that would cover the cost of the correct size. To which I did place an order. I am looking forward to wearing it, I'm feeling confident

The one piece Shaper Shorts were true yo description. The lace around the legs wasn't comfortable and the Zipper Placement hurt when sitting. It dug into skin under boobs.

I bought shapellx shorts, no zipper. They were a little difficult to pull up, but once I did. Wow. Instant curve. The hourglass appeared and I looked and felt great in my dress.

When I put my garment on it feel like I did not have anything on and my dress fit perfectly. Was asked how did I lose the weight.

It runs small. The color is not really the color I thought it would be. The material feels great. It was hard to get on so I can't imagine having to use the toilet. I would say if you want be snug but comfortable probably should size up one.

The fabric is breathable, I wear the shaper from 6am to 5pm and no discomfort. I have moved from XL, to Large and now medium as I move along in my weight loss journey and I have no complaints about any of the products. Good quality and I always look beautiful in my clothes.

Return was easy. The product ordered wasn't what I thought it works be. It didn't hold as string as I would have liked. Trying to order another product to try.

I absolitely love all the shape wears I got from shapellx. Every woman should have this in their wardrobe. I love the material/ fabric. It firms my tummy area and comfortable to wear, giving me that hour glass shape.

I loved the results but felt like the sizing was off. I ordered an xl as recommended by the site but still found it to be a bit bigger than it should've been

I need to exchange because the item I purchased is too big. I haven't received a response. Not sure what to do at this point.
