I was on the Wacoal bra site looking for a front close bra. I found one and when I ordered the brae the Shapellx name came up. I thought that was part of Wacoal. I also was charged $20.00 for a surprise gift. I have been wearing Wacoal braes for many years and ordered my brae size. When my brae arrived I laundered it on delicate and cold water and air dried. The brae is too big in some parts and too tight in other parts. My surprise gift is a size XS stretch slack like pants. They remind me of slack liner underwear. I have come to realize that your company is not connected to Wacoal. I feel like this is Bait and switch.
I sincerely wanted to try Shapellx, I ordered two items which were both too small. I returned one for exchange for a larger size, but return item was the same size as the the one that was too small. Now, I'm stuck with two of items that are too small.

The shape wear leggings that cost 100 and something dollars I did not receive and was charged to my credit card and I don't know where they are I believe I ordered them a couple weeks ago like you said on October 14, but I don't remember getting them in and I haven't seen them so I don't know where they are

I complied with all requested steps—returning the items at my own expense, providing photos, receipts, and product details. I was then assured that the correct product would be sent.
However, upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to find the exact same incorrect items I had just returned. This is not only disappointing but entirely unacceptable. I am now back to chasing responses via email, which is exhausting and inefficient.
I have been a loyal customer for over a year, placing orders through two different accounts. But this experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing with your company. If resolving a simple issue requires this level of effort and time, I cannot justify the mental bandwidth it demands.

The products are fantastic. The only thing preventing me from ordering more is the constant hounding me via email to acknowledge that I received it and post a review.
The item I bought was too large so I wanted to return it. Customer service offered me to keep the item and give me a gift card for the same amount.
I have used other shapewear that was much cheaper and of course it would roll or just not meet my expectations. I seen the reviews and went off the chart to get my size in hopes this shapewear would work perfectly with my dress on my upcoming dress. Unfortunately, it does exactly what the other shapewear does that was 3-4x cheaper. Doesn't hold up/rolls down and that is a little disappointing as it wasn't cheap. :( I will say shipping was fairly quick and I appreciate that!

The products are good quality, but don't do for me what they do for the models in the ads who have clearly had work done. They work, but they don't work miracles.

The cup size was way too large. I'm a 42B but the cups were closer to a D. The item arrived bagged with the cups completely mis-shapen. Returning was a chain of emails where I repeated the issues, had to send photos of the items, then send photos of all the packaging, they offered gift cards good for 30 days for more money... If you hang in there you can eventually get your money back which was 👍
Great customer service, great products. When i received my initial order, the item was not the right fit for me. I reached out for a return and they were super helpful and got the items to me in another size quickly.
I saw 2 bras I'd been wanting on sale for bogo free so I hopped on it. When the bras came and I took them out the packaging they looked a little small. I went to put them on and they were a little tighter than I prefer. Caused me to go back and read the details where it showed for bras to order one size up. I wish I had seen that prior to placing my order but when ordering bras I think most women would just order their regular size not size up like we would for actual shapewear. I do love the bras but they are a little tight
I recommend reading the size measurements for the products because I find that they're a bit off but customer service is absolutely great and they've been super easy to work with and exchanging the item. The quality of the clothes are also really great
