I brought some products right after surgery, unfortunately one item I purchased was too big. I've never worn it and I threw away packaging and was unaware how to return.

I ordered a total of 4 shapewear but 1 of the 4 does not work for me. The 2 in 1 highwaist airslim shapewear. The belt is too long making it bulky which defeats its purpose. It would probably be perfect for someone on the bigger size. I am a small.
The other shapewear were good.

Initially I was pleased with my experience with this company. However, I m disappointed that I have not received any feedback with regards to having my product exchanged or refunded

To be honest. Wasn't blown away with the shapewear I ordered. I think I should have ordered another option. I wanted to wear it with a clingy satin dress and it shaped my torso fine
But my breast area was crushed and shapeless. I would however buy a "torso only" piece next time because the merchandise itself was great quality.

This is literally the only shape wear that gives me the curves I want. The suck in stomach and waist is unbelievable. You will not be disappointed when ordering. Customer service is amazing as well. Needed a smaller size and they accommodated me immediately

Have not tried the first one I purchased, but I decided to order a short one for my short dresses so I have now a midlife one and I'm waiting for the thigh high

I received the same product, and I wanted one black and one beige. I received 2 blacks, the process was easy, and they corrected the order by sending me the beige one I received it fairly quickly

Very easy to order online with ease. Excited this round that every item I chosen was in stock with fast shipping and delivery. Most definitely will be a value customer.

I bought an XL and I'm 215. It fit perfectly. It wasn't too tight around my stomach area, very comfortable. I am able to bend over and sit. Also, there are no roll-downs.

It's body hugging. Looks so small, had to fight to put it on but it does the work by keeping in my tummy. It wasn't really what I was looking for but it certainly does the job. Fits well and comfortable.

I needed to make and exchange on some shapewear that I purchased. But never was able to get the help that I needed. So I just keep the wrong size. I dont like the idea that you guys don't have a phone number so you can speak to someone so you can get the right help on your return and exchange.

The bra is nothing like I expected. Cheap material, weird fit...
Doubting if the ads or reviews are even real.
Want to return it but the return process is so weird as well.
So sad for my money I have to pay for return. I don't know if return is even possible at this point.

The brand has really come a long way from the disappointing piece I received when the business just started in 2020…these shapers, these Airlift bra are winners. I cant wait to do a promotional video. You guys are greatly, applying pressure!

I received my shapeware. I have pros and cons
Cons: 1. THEY DO TEAR/RIP! I still wore them with boots. 2. They don't have the support that you advertise. I still put on supportive shapeware. I'm too old to be jiggling in my "blessed areas" my behind.
PROS: I Love your brand, I have several pieces of shapeware from you. This piece is convenient with the stocking attached however I will never use the bathroom with them on, for the simple fact I don't want to be smelling like urine, ain't no way urine won't get on them, again I'm an older consumer. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered an item and the fit didnt offer enough support, so I sent it back and ordered something with a stronger support. They wasted no tme sending my money back.

Not a good experience, customer service was not responsive. I had an issue with one of my orders and haven't heard anything back. Refund policy, still waiting to hear back

I had mistakenly placed the wrong size and was able to get the right size through Customer Sevice with no difficultyl. I love this company I just wish they would carry larger bras like 52DD!

Refund/exchange is still in reveiw even though email said company would get back with me in 24-48hrs. That was over a week ago and havnt heard anything.
