I was snatched under my dress and comfortable the first time I wore it. However it didn't come up as high as I would like. The second time I wore it, it left bruises on my stomach from the hooks. I am giving it a second try and going up a size to see if this helps. I pray it snatches me in just the way I need it

The products feel great but to get access to a live customer service not so much. I tired the number on their app and on google and it was always saying a representative is not available to try again another time. Until I saw online, they have a chatbot.

I bought three types of shapewear for my wedding. One was too small, one the hooks and eyes were visible through the fabric. One I have yet to try on for fear it won't work. They offered 30% refund or $60 credit that must be used within a month. You'd be better off ordering through Amazon. Had I known…

Shipping and shipping were great. Not the easiest to return. Nothing fit right. And bras on shape wear gives no support for the girlies.

I have tried other items from this company and most perform as advertised. The bras that I've acquired from this company previously were cute, however they did not hold up the quality as advertised. Some ripped., weren't comfortable and two the wire popped tho the material on the cups.

You feel snatched in all the right places. Very smooth under dresses. The hooks and zippers are of great quality. The zipper for the bathroom access is nice and long so no taking on and off for restroom use. Great booty lift fabric in the back and the silicone strip on the thighs help stay in place. In addition to all above the shoulder straps are wonderful to keep it from shifting down. Overall a great purchase I wish to purchase full body shape wear from them but its a little out of my budget 🙃

I had ordered a product then told it would take 2 more weeks than originally promised to fulfill. It was "out of stock" though in stock when I ordered it.

Ordered new bras and undies. Items did not fit. Even though it's not a cash refund, I was happy to get a gift card for the amount. This product is a true price commitment but the quality is definitely worth the money!

I purchased a medium and a large since it states I can return within 30 days. The item's quality is not better than item I have purchased much cheaper from SHEIN. I am requesting my money back for the large since I have not opened it. I have sent a request asking for a return address two days ago.
I will be returning to the address on the packaged sent to me with a refund request for the returned item.

When order was received, the fit was off on one side. One butt cheek lifted, the other didn't. I think because the sized was too small whichwas orderedaccording to chart. I believe I am dealing with two separate reps regarding order because of the communications I am receiving. I received the order that was not included in first delivery.

This is the second time I've tried a different item and neither one fit which was very disappointing. I was approved for return and mailed my item back on November 10th but have not received anything regarding my return or my refund.

You is the best! I already own some of your shapewear and I love it! The only thing that bothers me is that it's too tight on my chest. But now I've bought two that I think will fit perfectly.

Its comfortable to sit in and to move around. I love how it hugs my curves and smoothen it out! Would shop again. Highly recommended. They are legit!
