I believe they're either severely understaffed or they have AI agents for customer service. It's taking me over a week to make progress on my return/ exchange and I've been given conflicting information along the way.

I watched a YouTube video review, and the reviewer had the same issues as my wife, so I thought I would surprise her with some support wear. She really liked them and was very happy.

I've ordered from Shapellx 3-4 times over the past few years. The items are quality, they last and they support and smooth your body in all the right places.

Very greatful for your understanding. I just wish you could make the lower part of the stomach more firm so it can hold back the lower stomach. That's all for now. Thank you

I got the wrong size and wanted to return it. Not only did they let me keep it but gave me a gift card to get the one I wanted.

My item was too small! I tried calling customer service and that failed! I am very disappointed not being able to speak to a live person! I am stuck with this shapellx that I cannot wear and it wasn't cheap!

I had seen the advertisements for this bra by Shapellx and I was really apprehensive initially because I am a 40HH and rarely do these social media advertised bras ever meet my requirements. This bra, based on the size chart, seemed to be in the ballpark so I pulled the trigger and placed my order. There was a BOGO so I got a 2nd one at a discounted price (it was practically free if I recall correctly).

Upon receipt of the order, I tried the item on. I was spilling out all over the top. There was no level of adjustments I could make to prevent the spillage.

Something else I noticed was the shoulder hook on the right side was extremely rough. So much so, I had to file it down to make it smoother and it still isn't as smooth as it should be. The plastic is very sharp and was sticking me in my shoulder.

The shopping experience was good. The delivery was good. Unfortunately, the bras I ordered do not fit well and the return process is a bit concerning.

This is the third time I have purchased product to wear under my elegant dresses that I wear to see the ballet. They make me feel sexy when I normally fell self conscious. I recommend them for everyone.

No complaints with shopping or delivery. I like the bras okay, the straps are much too thin and dig into my shoulders. A wider strap would definitely help. The straps also fall off my shoulders. Not as comfortable of a bra as depicted in the advertisement.

They are very comfortable. However when I put on the fist body suit shorts they got a small rip in the seam area. I did wear them ad the rip got bigger as the day went on. Wish I could return them and get a new one. It says you can only return them with the tag on. Not real very easy to try on with the tags on them.

My relaxed waist measurement is 31 and I ordered a size large waist trainer. The fit is supportive but not restrictive. I use it as shape wear and to work out. I have no complaints.

I bought the bras that corresponded to my measurements, and as is the size I normally wear, and they were way too small! Returning them appears to be a multi-step process designed to keep people from bothering, but the bras were expensive, so I'm keeping at it. It's just disappointing they don't make the process easier, giving that bra sizing is difficult and their measurement guidelines were incorrect. But I do like the product, so I'm trying again with a larger size. Just hope I can get my money back on the first order.

Love it but it not tight the way I want it that is why I want to make an exchange from medium to small and I will love to buy again after the exchange.

The item is great quality. Mild control had me worried but seems to be good control! Unfortunately I need to size up on the product and will need to return.

Customer service is great. Responds within 48 hrs. The jumpsuit definitely sculpts your figure! It's a slight struggle to get on, but when you do, and look in the mirror, you'll be quite happy. I wore the jumpsuit for a black-tie affair with simple crystal bling jewelry.

Difficult you have to be kidding make your customers to do descriptions for pages. I need the return label.Its not necessary. 😡

I am very pleased with the bras. They fit well and seem to be of good quality. The fact they are adjustable at the front & the shoulders means there is great value in the product. I have since made a second purchase.
