Item took too long to be delivered, kept emailing your customer service for assistance. Also, item i got was the wrong size, that's why I'm ordering again.

I appreciate have quickly I received my bras from your company. The fit of the bras were a little too big for my size and they made my size 36ddd look like a uniboob. Unfortunately, I will have to return.

They claim to have a seamless return process. It has been a nightmare. They have the audacity to make me answer an email that comes out saying let us know if you receive the order or if you haven't received the order after the fact that I just emailed you telling you I'm returning what I received. This is horrible service making a customer wait and go through. This is hell and should be reported to the BBB.!

I ordered the panty body shaper and the strap broke the first time I tried it on. Still trying to connect with customer service to resolve this issue. This is my second time ordering from Shaellx. The first time there was no issue.

After I received your product, I felt the product did not meet my expectations. I requested a return and returned your products, but I have never received any refund.

My last order was for almost the identical products but they didn't have the opening to use the rest room so I had to return them. Hoping that was a 1 time error I decided to purchase again.

My problems has been choosing my correct size. I had one bad experience where the item didn't fit and it was the same size I usually get, but over all I really like how shapellx product fit on me.

I ordered the product with the straps it was a little uncomfortable with the straps with the zipper on the side the shorts I believe it was.

This one I purchased is my favorite so far, I'm 6' tall so finding shape wear that fits me correctly is always a hassle, my mid section is longer than most so I usually run into issues with the fit but the upgrades and the design decisions your company is making are spot on with fitting a wider range body type of women! I have only purchased shape wear from your company for the past three years, ever since I found you, and you will continue to be my go to for such items! Beyond appreciate the care and time you have put in to create an exceptional product! Well done!

The mesh shorts I purchased ripped the very first time I put them on unfortunately. I can't wear them. I'm not a complainer so I just choose to keep them.

Purchase multiple items for myself and grand daughter. We are both excited about our purchases. We are both considered xlarge in dress sizes. Bras and tummy controlled items all fit comfortable. Definitely will buy more.

I had an offer for buy 2 get one free and it wouldn't let me. I tried to select two black ones and it wouldn't let me select that. So I bought a second one in a different color. No go. Do I get a free one or not? Thank you, Tamara Chase

Received the product but didn't fit well. The bra straps have limited adjustment and my breasts felt unsupported. To returns seemed impossible. You have to email to get any info and they only allow exchanges. I tried to order an exchange but there were no options.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size underwire pushup bra. I reached out to Shapellx and they were amazing. We were able to resolve the issue quickly and they gave me a $20 discount code. I purchased two products. I'm excited.

Can't give a review, because the item was too small and I couldn't try it. I have not been able to get in contact with customer service, I guess that I just don't know how to get in contact with them.
