I love it I got my items within 4-5 days just in time for my event. I do have a defect in one of the items I just previously ordered. However, I'm still satisfied that is one out of maybe six items ordered so you still have one in my book! Now to find out where to report it.

I bought my shape wear for an event and it was perfect. It held everything in place and I looked fabulous. I really like the zipper for the convenience of going to the bathroom.

What sets this brand apart is how it sucks me in seamlessly, without the usual discomfort or struggle. I can wear it all day and still feel free to move, breathe, and enjoy myself. It's the kind of shapewear that doesn't just shape, it empowers.

Shopping was easy and delivery was timely. I really wanted to love it, but my body doesn't love it. I'll have to send it back. I'll shop with them again.

Spoke w someone through email and a gift card was given. Gonna try one more time. Due to my daughter swearing by these products. She has bras pantys and the shape wear. Only thing is w gift card given I'm not getting the sell I bought originally. I got 2 for the price of one!

The shape wear i ordered fits well and good quality but the mystery gift I added, which was a body suit that said it was xl. But couldn't even fit my daughter. Its so tight I couldn't get it over my boobs. But the gift isn't returnable so oh well. I wont do that again.

My garment provided the compression. I need to be able to wear all of the clothes that I want to wear. I've had a few items for a few years and the compression is still great!

It would be nice to have larger sizes -I can wear a 3x stretch leggings but unfortunately 3 x in a all in one with the hooks are not working for me -love you product otherwise.

I put the bra on for the first time this morning to wear it to Church, my experience was awful, my breast stayed pushed up out of the bra ect, I couldn't wait to get home and take it off. Shopping experience is a five star but the product for me a no star age 66

I love your bodysuits. I think they're one of the best bodysuits that I've had but recently the everyday bodysuits that I have bought have ripped in the exact same place and I've had about five of them. I would like some bras from you guys, but you don't fit my body.

My bra was to small, I sent an email asking for an exchange did not get any reply.

But I love the bra, just need bigger size.

I love the product and it has lasted years but only thing that made it uncomfortable was the hole for using the bathroom so I am going to try one that zips

My experience with shapellx has always been amazing the only thing I could say is I'm 4'10 we could use some items that's meant for us people with the short torso it would help certain areas on us

Need the across the back support for pendulous breasts and tiny ribcage - 28"
Stretch bras don't do the trick, they stretch too quickly and therefore are a waste of $.
One minor negative,, when working out or living in warm climate that amount of material can hold in
Body heat.

I was excited to received the items, however I didn't like the way they fit, therefore I wanted to initiate a return. The process is very complicated. Having to complete a form, and then it be approved, but also not being able to reach customers is frustrating, especially with it being 30 day return window.

Communication was seamless. I needed to exchange for a bigger size and received return label and tracking immediately. They even offered different color.
