The shapewear is great however if you're a big chested girlie like me you'll struggle. I ordered a large as thats what the measurements said i was and when I got the shapewear in person the bra cups were for someone of a B cup, not a D cup

Items that I originally purchased just didn't work with my upper body so they offered a gift card and placement of a refund and allowed me to keep the items. We'll see if we can still make them work somehow or if I can donate them

My previous shipping experiences were great. All the products I bought fit perfectly, the ones that didn't I was able to return or exchange. I find that the customer service team is very respondive and I love that.

I love the concept but I must say by the end of the day I couldn't wait to take it off. I snagged a hole the first time I wore it so please be careful if you have nails. I had to keep pulling up the top part. Not worth the price I paid. The booty shaper is not made for all booty's. I have purchased three different styles and they all rate the same.

Ordered my shapewear and it arrived quickly. Quality material and is exactly as pictured. I can't wait to order more shapewear products in the near future

When I placed my order two weeks before my trip it was delivered to a common space outside the mailing area, which is outside in the open, I never received my package so when I reached out to Shapellx they where so accommodating and recent my order. However it didn't make it in time for my trip so I decided to return the items but Luna from Customer Service offered to give me a gift card and keep my items and I was blown away by the offer I accepted because I really did love my items. The customer service alone gained Shapellx another loyal customer!

Love, love shapellx... however everytime I order, there always appear to be hidden fees. Order totally be 78.00, add taxes & shipping (claims free shipping) total be 89.00 with no additional fees added in the summary however when completed, total shows 98.00 charged? Like what? Wait a minute. Third time this has happened. Didn't really much first two times, like I mentioned i love what shapellx so didnt really fuss byt now im irritated, I love the merchandise but the processing is looking really suspect. #

I have to send the leggings back to get a larger size, the jumpsuit doesn't come larger so that's going back for a refund... I love the material and the way that they're made they just need to make larger size in those outfits.

The jump suit with the longsleeves was nice but the material between my legs the thigh part got irritated due to moving around a lot. My thighs rubs together so that's why. If it was a thicker material might be nice.

I ordered a shaper to be delivered to my Sister's house in FL where I was traveling to from NJ for my Niece's wedding. Despite paying for express shipping, the item was not delivered until after the wedding weekend was over.

My last purchase the shaper zip busted on my first wear you were kind enough to replace it but the replacement also busted after 2 wears so the 2 items are not useful to me.

I love how well made the shapewear is. The items I purchased in the past, are such high quality and they definitely give me the protection and coverage I need.

The swimsuits are great, it I bought a pair of support shorts and they accentuated my hip fat making bulges. I couldn't wear them.

I received the order but I needed a smaller size. I've already requested an exchange and am in communication with Emily in Customer Service.
