After going off the size chart, I received my (4) items and they did not fit. Trying to return the items is a hassle. Not being able to speak with someone is annoying because I have to keep going back and forth through emails. Also, they keep wanting me to complete surveys every time I ask a question regarding my return.
Items look like they may fit nice if you have the correct size, but I do not want to bother with the hassle of returning and reordering. Just want a refund.

Listen, wearing shapewear has become a part of almost every woman's dressing experience. I needed to purchase a good piece to wear under my wedding dress. I discovered Shapellx via my Facebook feed, and after much going back and forth, purchased my shapewear the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It arrived Wednesday via standard delivery. Now, the best part... IT FIT! A few tugs by my fiancé and that sucker was on, firmly holding EVERYTHING in place as advertised.

I love the ease of site navigation. Nice quality products, but not designed for all body types as alleged. The sizing is very off. I am afraid to order anything else.

When I ordered the first few times I did not see a size 5x, so the item was very hard to get on and dug into my thighs, ordered 5x this time hopefully it will fit

I am 5'9 about 150lbs I chose the medium sculpt shorts and they fit well! I do not have an apron belly or any particularly "stand out" features to hide, but definitely I wanted to have a snatched silhouette in some of my more body con style dresses (admittedly, I don't have many). I always wear shape wear to feel "together" and the silk sculpt high waisted shorts offer more shaping than the typical fabric pull on high waisted shorts. The hook eyelets on the side keep is stiff, and the zipper offers the extra support. This one would be hard to pull down to use the restroom (you can't pull it down, you'd HAVE to undo everything). They knew this and put in a zipper in the private area for bathroom usage. It's awkward to use the restroom this way and I felt like I was going to get the garment dirty but those fears were unfounded. It is awkward, but it works. I did NOT use the overall straps. They are removable.

The product quality is amazing. I am pleased and would encourage others to try this product. However the shipping is supposed to deliver to my door and not drop it in the lobby the management has a big not stimulating no delivery to be left in the lobby as its hazardous to members trying to gdt to their mailbox or being damage or stolen.

The material was not very well made. The crotch area was very loose and uncomfortable. I did not feel like it helped much when I put it on in hiding my bulky areas

I like my items the were fit perfectly, true to size I wore the bra and shaper and was very happy I got a lot of compliments.

Prices are affordable compared to others in the business. Website is easy to navigate and I loved the videos of real women and realistic bodies showing the items.

I love the piece I already wore. I wear a size 2 bought a small extra small. This piece is all day comfortable. Everyone talked about how shapely I looked so amazing how comfortable it was to wear. Only downside was the compression is in the wrong place for me I have a short torso and need compression in my lower abdomen. The compression, although excellent, was in my upper abdomen around my ribs. Tried pulling it down but made my jeans look weird. Make some for shorter ppl or move the compression down made my shape look like I was pregnant and carrying the baby very low! Overall I love the collection and have purchased 8 pairs of them.

My normal size is XXL, so that's what I ordered. I couldn't get my fat ssa into it, unfortunately. Never worn.

I'm 5 foot, 163 pounds I ordered a large thinking I needed it but I had so much room at the bottom. My breast fit perfectly but where it fastened at between the legs was so much space I can fit a grapefruit there. So if you're my height I suggest you get a small or extra small.

Easy to order. Garments are exactly what o expected.
