I've never encountered a website where you try to return something and they make you talk to customer service before they actually give you a link for a return. Then after you submit your return request you need to wait for a return confirmation before they ship a label it's the most difficult process ever

I ordered 3 items and one item did not properly fit. I reached out to learn of the return process for a refund only for that item. I was questioned and provided an alternative instead of a prompt explanation of how to return the item and receive my refund. If the company says 100 % return if not satisfied... why attempt to get me to keep the item and not refund my money. Make it make sense!

The size chart for each garment is inconsistent. I ordered several different types and sizes, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. All of the garments snatched my waist, but made my stomach look bigger than it is. Also, you can see the zipper or hooks through form fitted clothing…

I received the order on December 6th, I ordered the AirSlim Underwire push-up and the Ocean Reborn T-shirt bras, one blue, one black. I love the softness and feel of the T-shirt bras and loved the colors of all them. I just happened to order all of them a little too small in size; I was not paying attention to the suggestions from viewers when it came to size fit of the bras. I will exchange them for a larger fit, but definitely will buy more later.

Compression and sexy do not go in the same sentence but Shapelxx really did it. Easy to get on which is a miracle in itself and provides good firm compression whether you just want to be smooth and tightened or you are recovering from plastic surgery surgery. This was a major winner and I showed my plastic surgeon about it. She was like that's what I will recommend.

It sucked in my stomach. Not too tight. Just perfect. I ordered for a medium. I just love it. I love how I feel in it. Makes me feel brand new lol. If you are not too sure about getting it. Get it, I assure you, you will love it. The material is very good too.

I have wanted to order for sometime now. I see all the satisfied customers. So i did it. During the recent sale. I purchased 3 items. I am very excited. Only tried on one item and I'm sold. Another satisfied customer.

I ordered 3 items. They arrived on time. Packaging was nice and professional. Everything fit perfectly. I was SNATCHED in all the right places. No rolling or adjustment after I put it on. Also, the quality is amazing. I will be purchasing more items.

I had never heard of Shapellx before, my daughter asked me to order a bra for her and sent me the information and link. It's arrived and I hope it is comfortable and that she likes it. (It's a Christmas present so she hasn't tried it on yet.)

I contacted the company in reference to returning an item was told I would be emailed further instructions to return my item. I don't understand the lengthy wait period just to return an item. I honestly haven't opened the package, I haven't worn the item, I purchased it for a specific dress that I changed my mind about so I don't need the shape wear. PLEASE let me know the next steps to return my item!

The shape wear is very comfy and I am glad that I tried it out. My order was delivered in a timely manner as well. I will definitely order again.

It's seamless. Lightweight. I need help putting it on but that's ok! When it's on it's magic. It's comfortable and is useful.

The product never fits… this time a brought a difference size much larger than t wear. Hopefully I don't have to give it away….

The items arrived in a reasonable time. I needed to exchange them for other sizes. The customer service reps responded in a timely manner to get my exchange started. They use Happy Returns, which makes it very easy to return/exchange items.

Shapellx shaper shorts are very high quality and give much needed support. I really enjoy the compression they give, they are everything I want and need in shape wear. I highly recommend.

According to your size guide this product should fit perfectly but I'm afraid it's one size too big I'd like an exchange since I filled the directions explicitly!

I got the body stocking. One had a hole in one of the seems and it was replaced right away for no cost to me. I wear them daily. Only detail that is challenging is using the toilet through the hole. It's not fat moose toe friendly :/

I received my order but there seems to be an issue with the packaging and the item itself. The bag was split, as in with a knife or letter opener and the item shows signs of possible tampering: it has a slit that is almost cut and an indentation or scrape, as if it was handled improperly.
