Received the wrong item. Got a bra instead of shapewear. Bought for a pageant and ended up having to spend extra money last minute to get shapewear.

My measurements are: Waist 43"; Hips 47"; Height 5'6; Weight 207 Lbs.
The chart sized me to a 2XL, but I purchased an XL.

I purchased this for an event, yet to happen so this is only my first impression. It fits like a glove! My belly looked so smooth and flat in my dress. Gave my booty a small lift and smoothed the back of my dress. The front band feels secure to not move, but the back one does not so will be using clothing tape the day of event. Very happy with the product and gained so much confidence in my dress!

My experience with the brand overall has been good. The sales don't seem to be much of a sale though. The discount codes only take pennies off. Its never a big difference in the price.

My shopping experience at Shapelx has been very positive. The delivery was timely and I appreciate how communicative the company has been with shipping and delivery confirmations. I've received every item I've purchased over the past few years. It's also worth mentioning the zipper package that my items come in. I store my undergarments in them and they're useful when traveling with them.

I ordered the same bras in a 38DD which is my measured size and they did not fit. So this time I went two cup sizes up and a band width up and I'm hoping it will fit. I also did a 4x in the shaper to avoid rolling on my thighs. I pray these give me the look I'm going for.

Shopping experience is always good, but I'm kind of upset. I couldn't apply what I've had before. I've always shopped with this company for years. I like the products.

I have almost all the shape ware, their items gives a smooth fit and holds everything in its place. Great quality material. I love shapellx!

Essentially, my body is not suitable for a shelf butt, I have more of a slope shape that was not very compatible with the first shaper. My issue with the first one that I ordered was the butt lifter part. The thong style stitching with tight darts at the top of the seams made my butt stick out in a bad way, looking like I was wearing butt pads. I can wear it under jeans but that's about the only thing that looks normal. I also did not like the thong shaper at all, it was way too long in the crotch and the material was itchy. The thong shaper did not compress at all.

I returned an item for fit and they let me keep the item that didn't fit as well. The customer service is top tier. The shape wear is so comfortable.

I had this jumpsuit in my cart 6 times before I actually pulled the trigger. I am beyond happy with my choice and I love it. I want more colors and varieties. My only negative is the length. I'm 5'6, and wear a 31 inch inseam jeans and the legs on these are very long. I can't wear it casually with a pair of sneakers, I will have to wear 3in pumps in order to not trip on them. I'm considering having them taken up a smidge (I wish I was better with a sowing machine). Tall girls, you will love this jumpsuit!

I absolutely adore Shapellx shapers and suits. They do what is expected of them and that's shape contour comfortably. However, I just wish the latches and clasps were a bit more durable.

I love Shapellx, I've never had a bad experience. All those products are amazing. The shape wear is perfect and the bras are amazing as well.

I was snatched under my dress and comfortable the first time I wore it. However it didn't come up as high as I would like. The second time I wore it, it left bruises on my stomach from the hooks. I am giving it a second try and going up a size to see if this helps. I pray it snatches me in just the way I need it

The products feel great but to get access to a live customer service not so much. I tired the number on their app and on google and it was always saying a representative is not available to try again another time. Until I saw online, they have a chatbot.

I bought three types of shapewear for my wedding. One was too small, one the hooks and eyes were visible through the fabric. One I have yet to try on for fear it won't work. They offered 30% refund or $60 credit that must be used within a month. You'd be better off ordering through Amazon. Had I known…

Shipping and shipping were great. Not the easiest to return. Nothing fit right. And bras on shape wear gives no support for the girlies.
