I received my shape wear piece a little over a week ago, tried it on, did not like it and started the lengthiest process to requested a return label and refund. This process started a week ago involving an email to request a refund and waiting on a reply, and most recently completing the official request form on Wednesday, Dec 17th. I have yet to receive an emailed label. I have never dealt with a company whose return process was so difficult. This item was $80+ with shipping and after my return fees my refund will only be $60…. If I ever receive the label. No, I would not recommend ordering from this website again.

Bought my first shapellx with you guys and it lasted me for a long time.Now I need a new one.The results are brilliant. Snatches you in very well.

The advertisement looks
Very sleek n comfortable but it's very tight and not easy to put on as advertised. I am 5ft and went according to size chart the legs fit loose and I have a thick bottom would not pull over my butt passed my hips. It's very tight n uncomfortable.

I hoped this would work but it does not. The straps dig into my shoulders and hurt and it kept rolling up on the bottom. It is not comfortable enough to even wear for a couple of hours.

I live the material and the way it holds me together. Although im wider at the bottom and smaller in the chest. The cups were way too big. Im a 38C and it seems the cups were made for a bigger bust. If I were it, I'd have to probably put on a padded bra under it or cut the cups out, idk. But we'll see.

Why is there return portal on their website? Why do I have to email someone? And then it's been over a week and still no answer. I followed the size chart EXACTLY and ordered two different bras in the same size, one sort of fit and the other was HUMONGOUS like it was ridiculous

I received quality products and had great customer service when I needed to exchange! Packets were delivered very quickly within a week after purchase

I ordered the BOOT-YEAH AirSlim® Open Bust Polka Dot Bodysuit. I've worn it, but the zipper keeps coming down and won't stay up. The zipper does not lock and comes halfway down, which is not expected. I want to replace it with the exact item. I was informed that I could not exchange it because it had been worn, but that's when the garment's defect revealed a malfunctioning zipper.

When they first came they didn't find me do they returned. When I reached to them I told them to call me when they are out for delivery

I am amazed at the product. But I am also amazed at how quickly my package came. Will definitely order again. And will also refer my friends.

Hey there, I'm disappointed with my order because the bras that I purchased size Medium, don't fit my entire breast. They somehow pop out while I wear them. I had removed the tags because when I tried them on they seemed comfortable, but now after wearing them, I have been having a different experience. I was afraid to get a Large size because I assumed it would be too big.

I received the items and they are not what was expected and I'm going through the return process and it's taking multiple steps for this to be completed.

This is my first time ordering an outfit with some clothes, but I have ordered shapewear from you before... I'm excited about trying out the jumpsuit and the shapewear. I've never had this kind before...
