We bought a 75 ton press and the quality is great and the delivery was super fast. Much better than the Sealey it replaced.

Received a faulty item. Firstly 'Dave' said he would send out new parts... arrived a week late! Item was no longer fit for purpose as the work had passed and a new item had to be purchased elsewhere to complete the job. Emailed and called 'Dave'... no reply (very disrespectful). Still waiting for a response a MONTH later... and a refund!
I would NOT recommend SGS and especially not 'Dave'. Extremely poor customer service.

I use SGS occasionally for gas struts, I wouldn't say regularly although whenever I do I get a good quality service fast dispatch and good communication, their website is easy to navigate and the ordering method is good

Have had a number of products from SGS and like all the rest this is a well made solid piece of kit. The price point is VERY competitive especially considering the quality of the hoist.
