The Cross Iron Mills Sephora in Alberta has been withholding a family member's of mine their vacation pay and their insurance for the group insurance plan they are also refusing do not work for this company will use you they discriminate they violate human rights especially if you're disabled they will be sued an action is being taken govern yourselves accordingly in fact over Christmas two males walked into the store in a full packed mall with two full balaclavas on and nothing was done by the site security or the in-store security or the managers which left the ladies feeling traumatized just one of many things they do or they make certain employees do all the cleaning while the managers dictate then withhold money this is corporate gangsters thinking they can treat people poorly and get away with it so sorry about your luck but you're not going to get away with this I can guarantee you that a very concerned family member
I tried to order the peace out dots and somehow ended with a blemish cream. When I received the email, in less than 20 minutes I noticed the error. Saphora policy is they have a window of one hour for cancellations. Guess what, no they do not!. I was told that they could not cancel my order, even 20 minutes later. I had to go through my credit card and cancel the payment. This is ridiculous...If I didn't notice this, I would receive a wrong order and stuck with it. I would not be able to return it. Oh, yeah, supervisor would file a cancellation, but there is no guarantee I would get it. Wow... shame on your organization. I will never buy with a shaky company. I will do without and keep my money.
I made the mistake of trying the Same Day Unlimited free trial just before Christmas 2022. I did not cancel in time and was charged for the year and they do not let you get a refund. This is my bad and so were some of the reasons I found out the hard way that the Same Day Unlimited is not that helpful. I am in a metro area and near an even larger metro area, so I don't think I should see too many issues on availability, but I did.You need to make sure you clicked on the Same Day shipping option while adding each item to your cart. After an order arrived later than I expected, I realized this. So next time I tried to use this feature and I clicked the option, I found that almost all items I needed were not available for Same Day shipping. So it is cumbersome to use and not as useful as you would think. I think I'll keep my fee for using on the 6.95 fee the few times they area available to get that fast.
I bought Estée Lauder foundation and mascara too faced and blush nars and another of Estee lauder and many more products from Sephora brand too.

Went to return and item my daughter bought because she was out of it and after just one use it broke and could not be used anymore. Managers at the store are not empowered to make returns without receipt. Daughter had been at mall with friends and paid cash from Christmas money. $50 bottle of sunless tanner! Spoke to corporate and waiting to hear back. Sephora has lost a customer because of how difficult this experience has been. I spent lots of money there, have proof of buying item in the past, more than once and was told by store mgr a big fat NO and that hands are tied. My past purchase of this item was more than 60 days (of course it was this product lasts a while and that's why she purchased last month!) if you shake the bottle you can tell it's still full. Ridiculous policy that is not customer friendly. I would be embarrassed to be a manager and not empowered to fix a customer issue.Will probably move to Ulta now for all purchases. Can't trust their products will last for how expensive the purchase is.
The employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I particularly appreciate the ability to try out products before I buy them, which has helped me find my perfect shade of foundation and lipstick.

I called the customer service to resolve my issue and they said they will give me 50 beauty points I told them what my reason to buy a perfume for $99 as I promised my daughter that will buy her the same small bottle of perfume. For that I did placed my order on 2 separate occasions and both the time nothing. I didn't bothered 1st time because of holidays but 2nd time I was really looking forward to it. They system allows you to select and free samples. They do say if the iteam is not available will send you something which is available but didn't received any on the other hand my friends received it even they ordered the product me and one of them after me my I'm the special one according to the C.R the item and offer discontinued by the time it reaches the dispatch centre DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE. Any smartly the C.R told me you can return products if u didn't not receive ur free samples.

Sephora is my all time favorite place to purchase makeup because there's basically no risk. I've placed dozens of orders. If I ever am dissatisfied with an item I can always get a full refund or exchange easily & quickly. Highly recommend sephora over all the other major retailers.
I attempted to place an order this evening to use my $20 Rewards Certificate towards that purchase. I was told that that Rewards Certificate had already been used this year. That is a lie. Sephora does not honor their Rewards Certificate. I cut up my card and will take my business elsewhere. Customer service was as unprofessional as they were unhelpful. You are much better off taking your business to Macy's, Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom. The only way I can submit this review is by giving it a rating. It is not even worth the one star.
Ordered perfume as a Christmas gift. Paid $3 for "gift wrapping". Items showed up in a plain brown box. Nothing else! Sephora Customer Service (?) said they could NOT refund the cost.
The Sephora in the Burlington Mall has one of the worst group of employees where they all lack in the customer service department. One girl with obviously died red/orange hair and more makeup on her face than the store carries was super rude and got in a women's face with an attitude because someone opened the underneath draw looking for more of a product. God forbid you ask an employee you'd think you asked them to re-shingle the roof of the mall with the looks they give as you interrupt their group chat. Even the girls at the register ask if you are a beauty creator without even explaining what it is just asking for a phone number. When given the phone number that wasn't linked they look at you like you're a fool. I've worked in retail for 20 years and know how difficult it can be especially holiday times. This group of employees at this Sephora are an embarrassment and the management should be ashamed.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS DANGEROUS! I am so upset. I ordered a simple lipstick from sephora.com. Instead, they sent my personal phone number and home address to a complete stranger who now wants to come to my house to retrieve what she is calling her items. This person is saying I have her package. I do not know who this person is. I do not know how she got my home address and phone number. I do not know if these items are hers. I called to complain and asked for a supervisor. Melissa, refused to initiate an investigation. And, proceeded to tell me that Sephora did not send my information to anyone. When I asked how this person got my number and address, she talked over me again. When I asked for her supervisor's name and a call back, she told me she would put through a call back form but could not guarantee when or if someone would call me back. She made no attempt to rectify the situation and then kept saying she provided me what I asked. Now, a stranger is threatening to come to my home and harass me for mystery items. Melissa told me I could block this person and call the authorities. She thinks this is okay. She talked over me and was disgusting. I have shopped at Sephora for many years and now they have lost a customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Your privacy is not yours. They will give your personal information to anyone.

Answer: There are a ton of great moisturizing and anti-aging products out there to help you. Sephora has so many that your head will spin, but there are also a lot of drugstore alternatives that are rated just as highly (or better) than a lot of higher-end ones. I would do some research online before ever stepping foot into a store like Sephora (trust me - they will bombard you with very expensive things you don't need). Honestly, I really like Ulta as a store better than Sephora because they carry both drugstore, middle-end, and higher-end products. (MUCH better service, too) But before you go anywhere, Google things like "best anti-aging products for mature skin" or things like that. Using multiple products, such as a glycolic toner, a serum, as well as a moisturizer is a good idea. One thing that is FANTASTIC for wrinkles and dark spots is Retin-A, but you have to get a prescription for it and it is harsh on your skin (especially if you're sensitive). It literally kills off your top layer of skin (which leads to a very annoying period of your face peeling for a few weeks), but once you get over the growing pains, your skin is amazing. I was diagnosed with melasma, which is hyperpigmentation of the skin, on my face, so my doctor gave me Retin-A and hydroquinone, which really works at fading dark spots. If you can't afford the Retin-A (mine is over $200 a tube), there are a lot of great OTC products that contain retinol and work well, just not like the Rx version. Neutrogena has a great line of products for dark spots and wrinkles. But like I said, do your research and don't let sales reps push you into really expensive products, because they get a commission, and you may get stuck with a bad product and an empty wallet.
