My sister placed an order to have a teddy bear, mug, balloons and candy sent to my work location, My sister was trying to make sure that I got her gift on my birthday which was Sunday the 29, she gave them the hours that I worked and I only found out about the surprise because the driver for the florist called to tell me that they were unable to deliver the package on Friday, June 28, I told him that I had just left the building and I could turn around and meet him, to where he responded that he was in Virginia and during rush hour he would not be able to make it back to the building. (why didn't you call when you were near the building?) He stated that he would try to arrange the delivery for Monday June 30 and I agreed. While I was speaking with him, sendflowers.com sent a email to my sister that the order had been delivered. Monday came and went with no contact. Tuesday, July 1, my sister was promised that they would deliver the order before I left work at 2 pm... If they attempted, You readers attempted. On Wednesday we both called sendflowers on a 3 way call and I can say that it was not pretty. They kept requesting to be able to re-do the order and a discount on the next order placed. After all the lies and deceit they finally agreed to refunding her money, from June 24 the order was placed and never delivered and the deceitful email for June 27 stating it was delivered. Go back to Teleflora or 1800flowers, at least they try to deliver as promised.

This is one of these sleazy businesses that squats below legitimate businesses, hoping you'll drift over there: they even use the keywords of legitimate businesses and that was my mistake. I was looking for a trusted private florist, and they actually used the florist's name and so I got sucked into this vortex thatI am still trapped in. My order was canceled, nobody picks up calls in their so-called customer support center, but I finally did reach someone after five days who said a refund had been issued, which was a complete falsehood. And today I was further insulted by a letter stating I didn't understand how banking and the Internet worked, and that I had been refunded again, a lie. This was a gift for my ailing mother on Mother's Day, and I've been reading your comments all of you with a lot of sympathy because flowers usually accompany an emotional time. So for people to prey on these vulnerabilities is particularly deplorable. My husband is a lawyer, and he has started to go through the initial steps to wear it exposing them for fraud. He and I talked a lot today and have decided that anything we buy online. We will research first, unless it is from a trusted business. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by these people, and I hope we can all bring them down. We're going to get my money back and I'm not going to stop there.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers 4 days beforehand- now I'm getting emails that they won't be delivered until next week! They offered to call the recipient and apologize but refuse to do so until after they get delivered. They offered a measly 20%discount, then only gave part of it. All around horrible experience. Only use if you don't give a damn!

This was the worst experience I've ever had ordering flowers. I placed an order on Friday for same-day delivery—nothing arrived. I called on Saturday and was told they would be delivered Monday. Monday came and went—still no flowers. They were supposed to arrive Tuesday, but again, no delivery. When they finally showed up FIVE days later, it wasn't even the correct order. I sent an email 2 days ago and received no response. I usually do not write reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing, especially since the flowers were meant for a friend recovering from surgery. I will never use this service again and will advise others to avoid it as well. Terrible service!

They sent my flowers ups to my receiving dept. at work,where they stayed for 3 days in a box until someone found the box monday afternoon.they where just about dead,I have used them before and they always where taken to the front desk in a vase and in good shape I'm done with yall.

So my husband ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day even though it said same day delivery but then told us I would get them today. Guess what no flowers and they changed the day I would get them. We called to figure out why they changed the day no one could give us a reason. We called back and the reason they gave us was they didn't know why they couldn't deliver once we asked for a full refund now all of a sudden my flowers could get delivered today. We still asked for a full refund and now they sent a email saying the flowers were delivered. They were not thank you for scamming my husband out of a lot of money that he could have used to pay his bills how about y'all get a real job and stop scamming people who are just trying to do something nice for someone thank you come again

These people are all the way in India it appears. Do not use this company your flowers will never arrive! After 3 phone calls 3 different days they were supposed to deliver no flowers were delivered they kept saying they couldn't find a local florist in a city with a million florist! Save yourself a headache! Unless you want to have to keep calling them and arguing with people to have your flowers delivered use a better company! These people should be out of business! I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Delivery day was changed, got and email notifying that arrangement will be changed as they don't have the product I ordered. I requested a photo of substitute item and hey couldn't provide it. Item delivered was not as advertised flowers are nothing as advertised. Will not use them again. Advertised product not like delivered

Total Fraud AVOID

Ordered flowers for a Saturday 12PM funeral on a Tuesday. There is a florist almost across the street from funeral home and half a dozen within 10 miles. Ordered flowers for Friday delivery, to get them there a full day early. Saturday morning they email me that there have been unforeseen delays and they will be delivered by 9PM on Saturday. This is not excusable and then they have the audacity to tell me well we can send the flowers somewhere else if you prefer? They were for a funeral for crying out loud. I should have read these reviews I see now before ordering. If you cannot get flowers across the street in 4 days then you suck. Now the craziness of trying to get my money back and apologizing to the family.

Don't Deliver!

Worst flowers service I have ever encountered. Flowers ordered for delivery to arrive on the 21st, email on the 21 sorry we can't find a florist to deliver we will deliver on the 26th. Customer service agent offers a discount but then says they will deliver on the 23rd. I accept, as it is too late to find alternative solution. Get an email on the 23rd, sorry will be delivered on the 26th and sorry, so we will deliver for free. So new in-laws didn't get flowers for the family gathering. Recommend don't use this company!

I ordered the Christmas tree for $83.00. It took 4 days past the delivery day to be delivered. When it was delivered it did not look like the picture in any way. Worst mistake of my life ordering from them.

I have to say they are awful. I have been back and forth with them for TWO full days now, with still no delivery, yet it says my flowers were delivered both days. Then, they had the gall to offer me a 50% discount to have them delivered tomorrow, which would make day THREE. If you couldn't deliver them on day one or on day two, why would I think that you will deliver them on day three.

One email that was time stamped at 5:48 stated that my order was "delivered" at 5:55. WHAT?
Read that again, it doesn't even make sense.

Stay away from sendflowers.com

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered the "premium" arrangement of a bouquet called TREASURED ROSE for a friend's birthday. I was mortified to see the photo of the arrangement she received which contained ZERO roses. First they offered me a 30% refund which I told them was not acceptable. They now say they will redeliver the bouquet I ordered, but cannot give me an expected delivery date. Based on all of the reviews I've read, which i should have researched before ordering, my friend will never recieve the arrangement I ordered. Please save your time, money, and the aggravation of doing business with this company.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. They are awful and please do NOT order from them! Zero stars! After I ordered and paid, they switched to another arrangement and on the special day the flowers were to be delivered, they told me the flowers would not be delivered! What? They ruined the special day! Send flowers is a scam!
