I sold an expensive baccarat art glass on Amazon in the original case after the buyer paid and I got ready to ship Amazon only allowed $6.00 for shipping an item that cost $19.00 to ship. I refunded the buyer and explained that I couldn't lose that much money on shipping. After I refunded the buyer Amazon told me that I owe money for shipping charges, after calling to Asia and Philippines I finally got an answer the representative helped me to get my refund for the shipping charges. Afterward, I received an email from Amazon stating that I owed $4.49 for administrative fees. I wrote back and explained that I didn't ship anything and I refunded the buyer all of his money. Amazon is stating that they have to charge me an Administration fee because they had to do some work. Now, this is Bernie Madoff scam. Charging Administrative fees for what? Yes, we know why you are charging this fee because you didn't get the overcharge commission of the seller fee so you just have to rip earnest people off for any reason. Now people say that Amazon is the best thing out there, but I say to Amazon to watch your steps because you are only as good as the people that shop on your website and remember I am not only a seller I am a customer and so far you are not doing well at all from this end. By the way, Amazon has a third party scam if you want your money within one day, the third party charges you 2% or more just to receive your money in one day. I feel this is just another company that will go belly up in a matter of a few years with most of the CEO and staff heading off to wear black stripes.

Seller support from Amazon is beyond appalling. How can customer service be provided when the rep does not understand basic English? They are not trained or equipped to deal with seller issues and keep sellers running in circles. I have never dealt with worse customer service. I hope Mr. Bezos is made aware of the terrible business ethics of his company which has ripped me off $5.75. It is not a million dollars just $5.75

Well its nice to see after reading the other reviews that I am not alone in experiencing losing a product to a customer AND the customer getting a refund.

I sold through Amazon for at least 5 years before they asked me to send a photo copy of my ID. Not a big deal, as I have nothing to hide... however it was abrupt, there was no clarification as to why they needed my photo ID scanned and uploaded onto the internet. I felt since I have such a common name that doing so could expose me to identity theft. Afterwards my account was locked.

My fiancée has a seller account as well. She posted some things for sell, her account has suddenly been locked without explanation. Amazon, do I really need to put my identity at risk just to sell on your website? No thanks, I do not appreciate the lack of trust. Amazon needs to work on their customer service skills, or maybe they just don't care to as far as sellers are concerned. Horrible, stay away, sell your things on eBay.

Customer Service Reps that can't speak English.
The CS reps know they will not be reviewed or scrutinized, so their attitude is horrible.
I've even had a rep who had the audacity to hang up.

Amazon does not care about it's sellers. I'm considering boycotting Amazon altogether.

There is always so many problems creating product listing In Amazon.In Ebay is way easier. It seems to me that Amazon just need sellers who are in Price Battle for their Buy Box of particular Product. Being In a Price Battle everybody lose, no winners. You business is facked! I am selling my own brand and having real problems with their product ID numbers because there products without competition are not welcomed.And even its getting worst for your rating when you don`t use their FBA. If you are Brand owner Be really careful with this Amazon Scum!

I started created my account as an individual seller and after 30 minutes registration process, I noticed I have been charged $39, which is the fee for professional sellers. I had to stay on phone for another 30 minutes to resolve this issue. I am not going to use their service again.

They are sooo bad, specially A-Z department and Performance department, they can't be reached out, and they never responded to any claim or appeal by the seller, they steal the sellers merchandise and money for the favor of the crook buyers, they can't be trusted, I have no faith or trust in them period.
Getting them to the court for their unfair policy and bad behavior toward sellers is a matter of time only.

Amazon stole my money. The day my funds were meant to be disbursed they placed a hold on my account and couldn't tell me why. I called and was told the issue would be solved within hours, weeks later no response. I don't know what to say or do.

Stay away form this site if you are thinking selling on this site. Absolutely unsafe! They don't care 3rd party seller and they treat you like S**t. Even we are following amazon policy or nothing did wrong things. Seller support teams you whatever you want to hear untrue things. It is pretty nasty especially guarantee team. They never reply back to sellers messages except automatic messages. Hopefully will find better site out there soon... I really hoper so..

Dear all i dont know the review of this book since i have not received the order till date. It is my humble request to all of you that do not puchase this book from Pashnik traders. Pashnik trader is very bad service provider, they take delivary charges from us upto 150-200 rs and send the orders via post in 30 rs so that they can eat the butter in between. I am again and again repeating this that do not select pashnik trader for any of your order.

Amazon has become too big to fail. The so called customer service is 99% made of appeasers, they say they understand, they say they will try to help with the glitches in the sellercentral system and they don't. Why? Because they can't most of the time the rep is in India or the Philippines, they have no idea what you are talking about.
Simple process that worked before all of a sudden halt. A legitimate listing will be "suppessed" it tells you to fix the issue by uploading a picture with white background. You do it. Check. All i's doted all t's crossed, nobody can help you meanwhile you are paying storage fees.
And so many other issues, like punishing the seller when an item left FBA too late and the customer gives the product a 1 star for 'late arrival', no clear distinction between product and shipping review, either way you will take the hit. Amazon doesn't care. They think they are too big to fail.

Despite the buyer admitting they accidentally sent a refund request, Amazon took back my earnings to refund them, and allowed them to keep the item, closing the issue without any regard.

A customer ordered an item that I listed on Amazon over the weekend. They sent an e-mail and when I didn't respond within 24 hours they filed an A-Z claim. On Monday I responded to the buyers question. I never recieved any notification that an A-Z claim had been made and when I called later they told me that the e-mail was sent to the wrong e-mail address. On Tuesday they refunded the customer because they hadn't received their item despite the fact that the item was still in the mail with valid tracking information from their own website. They didn't pay for 2 day shipping. I can't talk to anyone on the phone because that department doesn't have a phone line. In addition thay charged me $10 for the shipping. This is robbery and I if you are looking to sell on amazon I would look elsewhere.

It is standard for cases to carry out for months and months with Amazon with no resolution. Amazon 'made a mistake' on our account that affected the photos and details of all of our listings and merged listings together with discontinued products. They did this without our authorisation and after 5 months they still have not fixed the problem. The online support chat may as well be obsolete as the support representatives do not have the knowledge or skill to fix any of the problems without escalating it further with their technical team. This is by far the absolute worst selling platform our business uses as it's almost not worth the sales when we spend most of our time fixing mistakes that Amazon have caused. If only 0 stars out of 5 was possible.

Seller support makes a mistake and delete all my 22 reviews by "accident" and sales completely stop, and they say "please be patient for 3-5 days, till we figure out how to fix it". Horrible horrible horrible customer service. And most of them dont really help, they just say we will get back with you via email within 72 hours!

Wow, are they the new Mafia? I'm Sure I enrolled as an Individual Seller & was shocked to be nicked for $39.99... this is probably by design. Finally reached Seller Support, a misnomer, & after playing 20? S she says I'll get a refund (she doesn't sound at All surprised by the "error"). Several days later, no refund. I call back, again reaching somewhere outside the U.S. & reach gestapo Mark who I'm sure was following protocol. He tells me the disbursement date is in 11 days (first woman hadn't said this). He refuses to connect me with a supervisor after I repeatedly ask adding, "None of our other sellers complain." To which I respond I don't care if they're lemmings, I speak up when necessary. Upon seeing this site I see he was lying by design. I initially thought, they just haven't been given appropriate training. Now it looks like they're trained to follow a "Thieves R Us" Corporate policy. Outrageous... I doubt that I'll Ever buy or sell on Amazon again. I'm back to EBAY...
