We were concerned about ordering the Zebra shades on-line since we had very limited examples in a brick and mortor store. Our apprehension was eased by the free samples. It was a great way to see the quality of the product and select the proper color. The website has a lot of information and the customer service representative was very helpful with answering all of our questions. The product is high quality, easy to instal, and beautiful! I needed to order no drill blinds. I had them in my cart. Your Ai chatbot asked me a few questions about window depth and, with that information, recommended a different blind. So I ordered that blind. Turns out, the blind it recommended was NOT no drill. I call your (Indian) customer service line and these guys could not have been more useless. Apparently (and through no fault of their own), there's a bit of a language barrier. These guys did not understand the chatbot or at all what I was talking about. Not even a situation where I walk away unsatisfied with the result, but a situation where I couldn't even speak to someone capable of understanding before they disappointed me.
The product that arrived was useless, but appeared to be well made.

I ordered 2 items on Feb. 3 2026 and had problems with both of them. The first problem was with the 80x80 vertical blind as the rounded corner pieces were broken. You approved their replacement after pictures showed the broken parts. Not included in the replacement parts was the part called Part B on the video you sent. Tha adhesive part to connect the wall end of the valence. The second part of the order the 95x78 vertical the valance was cut one inch short. I sent a picture and the replacement was approved until it wasn't. This is the same thing that happened with my order of 10/2/2025. Again the valance was cut one inch too short but this time you did send a replacement valance. I feel besides having inferior customer service people, they lied to me and left me very unsatisfied. I now will seek other vendors for all my window treatment needs.

Easy to order. The website was very informative and I made the right decision based on reviews. Installation was easy and blinds were a perfect fit. They look great
The bamboo blinds I ordered look much different in real life than the picture. There were no installation instructions or hardware. They were not easy to figure out. White string was used among white cords to lower the blinds-figuring out how to remove it without ruining the lift ability I have not figured out yet.
Clear ordering instructions, lot of sizes, continuous cord loop available and hard to find!
Bought for both our regular home as well as our 2nd home. Each order was perfectly packaged and arrived within a week. Follow the measuring and installation instructions and you have no problems.
Overall, the experience with selections has been great. The only issue that I experienced was difficulty with installation on my larger window. It was challenging to get the brackets lined up so that the shade was latched on to every bracket.
Instructions on measuring, ordering, delivery and beauty all at Select Blinds. Price was Awesome too. I would highly recommend if you need blinds you stop looking around and order from Select Blinds you will NOT be disappointed😀 Perfect fit and SO easy to install. Ordered one 2" faux wood window blind to replace a big-box-store-brand blind that had become so dry and brittle that it broke when I was feather dusting it! Since my first order with Select Blinds many years ago, I have never bought blinds or sunshades anywhere else. Always pleased with orders being just as (or better) than described, precisely cut, made of high-quality materials, and shipped carefully. Highly recommend. I have ordered cellular blinds for an outdoor sunroom, UV and light blocking shades for small breezeway, cordless/tilt blinds for a living room, small custom-sized faux wood blinds for bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. All have been cut exactly to my measurements and made of the materials I've requested. Have saved with frequent sales and discount offers on particular categories.
The stick-up cellular blinds I ordered in custom size for my new sunroom are PERFECT. Color, measurements, weight, directions, product... I love them.
Placed order on 8/29/2025, and it took 3 weeks to arrive after several daily texts and emails announcing their arrival (shipped as 1 order in 3 separate packages via United Postal Services [UPS]). Hangups with customs from Vietnam. Packages went from Vietnam to China, to Alaska, to Tennessee, and finally arrived (after several tracking calls to UPS and Select Blinds customer service) to track and locate the packages. Order was expensive, but worth the wait. I could not imagine finding such a great deal and perfect items anywhere else. Thank you.
My blind came and was a bit too short. A call to customer service, some verification of my measurements, and some photos, and then a new replacement blind was sent. Very happy with the service I received.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
