Well made. Instructions were fairly clear. Had difficulty seating the end caps after outside mounting. Hardware somewhat in the way. However, it looks great.
The fabric is beautiful and the blinds seem to be very well made. The folding mechanism doesn't work properly however, so it requires me to manually pull out each little curve of fabric as I move it up. Not quite the purpose of a Roman shade! But it looks lovely, and I'm very happy with the fit. It just doesn't function quite as it should, especially for a brand-new and quite expensive custom shade.
No attention to detail in manufacturing. We ordered two blinds, one works well and looks good. Other one doesn't work and has large stains. We got a replacement for the one that doesn't work but now that is a different size.

I have received 5 blinds from you and love them all. Only recommendation would be to send the samples doubled up because the color is different when you get your blinds and they are doubled up (for roller shades). I called with questions and talked to someone who didn't seem to care but I called back and the next person answered my questions with additional information.
The size and description of the product was exactly what I asked and expected. Assembling the blinds was very simple. The product did not disappoint
My re-ordered blind came quickly. When we went to install, the brackets were in a different place. I reached out to customer service and was told that the new bracket position was now used so that the stress is less on the strings …. Therefore now breaking less.

I had just missed warranty replacement. Literally the blind was hardly opened or closed.
(My husband and I really never remember opening or closing it but a handful of times.)
We live in the country and the next house, out of that window, is a half mile away.
The blind broke when a houseguest closed it when showering at night….she thought one of us might walk by the window.
When a design fault is the reason for my blind failure…I would have thought that some sort of discount would have been applied.
The shades are gorgeous, but when they came in, the size were broken off had a hard time putting them back inside the sides were bent, but I made it work Didn't want to send them back waited already one month for the shade to come $100 each shade for $100 a shade they should come as new, but unfortunately the sites were broken off overall the shades were beautiful
There are always more things to think about so just call back and make sure your questions are answered as you go… eg are liners included/required for this blind? What do these different parts mean? Can you show me pictures of the option I chose if they don't make explicit online? The designers are very helpful. The size of the window makes a big difference in price. It really helps if you have help from someone who is good mechanically to put them up. Be sure if you get cordless you either get motorized or you can reach far enough up to put the blinds up as far as you want. We can reach but we're relatively tall and I really didn't think about that ahead of time. I love our Roman blinds with natural folds in a natural linen color. Hubs put them up and said they seem relatively delicate. They were missing a couple of small pieces first order but were responsive getting them out to us.
Easy to order and received order in extremely reasonable time and love everything about the shades! Will definitely order again!
Easy to install. The blinds look awesome. My daughter is super happy with them.
Wasn't close to what I wanted. Labels were not correct/Mislabeled. Won't use them for future needs given their response.
What went well: I ordered samples, the samples came, I selected a product, ordered, and it arrived.
Apparently the labels were loose or something, The sample I selected and thought i was ordering was not the same. Contacted support and basically said, yeah what they send it what i ordered so the rest is on me but here's a 10% off your new order. Glad I only ordered for one unique room first before the rest of my home. More samples arrived today, double stickers on them as well. At this rate you should order the same samples twice to ensure your getting what your after, I won't be using their services given how they treated the situation with photos etc. Business better taken elsewhere.

Received but not installed won't be able to for another 3 weeks
There were some problems with my initial order. I called Select Blinds, the representative was very polite and understanding, I took pictures and a video, he agreed, and they sent a corrected order. The blind is now hung and looks wonderful. It was very easy to understand the directions and everything just fell into place.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
