Shutters are beautiful, they did not ship in the 5 days as noted (10) but actual shipping time was quick. Customer service was great when I inquired about the delay. Took off 1 star for the packing. While the were packaged well and arrived without damage. Several of the shutters had a sticky residue on them which I believe was used to hold the plastic wrap on. Had to purchase goo gone to remove it. This wasn't a small amount of residue either. It covered whole louvers and parts of the frame.

This was easier than I expected. I only pray I did everything right and the blinds will be a perfect fit and color.

Received someone else's order and my order didn't show up.

My shopping experience was good but my order took a very long time to arrive and the blinds length was about an inch and a half shorter than what I ordered. I had to use wood as spacers to make up for the length. Good thing that at least the width was correct. A bit upsetting that my blinds don't rest on the ledge of the window like I wanted. I didn't return them because I did not want my window to be naked for another month, but trust me when I say that I really wanted to.

I got exactly what I expected, so that's nice. Color matched the samples we received earlier. Dimensions were as expected, because we gave the actual measurements and SelectBlinds did their subtraction math. The blackouts are truly blackout too, so very impressed.

So far, so good! Blinds fit perfectly and look great in my newly remodled bathroom.

Really easy ordering process and less expensive than I thought it was going to be. Delivery was quick. Installation was easy.

I do like the blinds and they were on sale when I purchased them so that was the main reason I selected this type. They're good, but I was surprised to see they are mounted with an adhesive. That's probably my fault for not reading the description, but they don't do a good job at sticking to the surface and fall on occasion. Very soon I will be reinforcing them with nails.

Well made. Instructions were fairly clear. Had difficulty seating the end caps after outside mounting. Hardware somewhat in the way. However, it looks great.

The fabric is beautiful and the blinds seem to be very well made. The folding mechanism doesn't work properly however, so it requires me to manually pull out each little curve of fabric as I move it up. Not quite the purpose of a Roman shade! But it looks lovely, and I'm very happy with the fit. It just doesn't function quite as it should, especially for a brand-new and quite expensive custom shade.

No attention to detail in manufacturing. We ordered two blinds, one works well and looks good. Other one doesn't work and has large stains. We got a replacement for the one that doesn't work but now that is a different size.
