I had a problem on my initial order and called the customer service asap. They asked what the problem is and right away they sent the replacement without any problem. I got it installed in no time. Over all, i am happy.

Shutters are beautiful, they did not ship in the 5 days as noted (10) but actual shipping time was quick. Customer service was great when I inquired about the delay. Took off 1 star for the packing. While the were packaged well and arrived without damage. Several of the shutters had a sticky residue on them which I believe was used to hold the plastic wrap on. Had to purchase goo gone to remove it. This wasn't a small amount of residue either. It covered whole louvers and parts of the frame.
This was easier than I expected. I only pray I did everything right and the blinds will be a perfect fit and color.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
