There were some problems with my initial order. I called Select Blinds, the representative was very polite and understanding, I took pictures and a video, he agreed, and they sent a corrected order. The blind is now hung and looks wonderful. It was very easy to understand the directions and everything just fell into place.

We received the Blinds we order within 9 days, and we were eager to install them. Our Son-ittn-Law came over, to help us install them, due to our inability to get on a ladder to hang them. We unpacked them before he arrived, and my husband and I had them ready to be hung. It only took about 45 minutes to hang all 4 Blinds. We all were very satisfied on how easy it went, and were very pleased how much they showcased our Bay Windows. We love them, and they are a focal point for conversation with our friends and family.
My experience was efficient and easy. I've used them more than once.
From ordering to customer service to delivery of a quality product are exceptional. I have ordered from select Blinds before and wanted to match the Blinds I was ordering with the previous order. I could not find the color match. I reached out to customer service and they found the previous blind and sent me a quick easy link to reorder.
We ordered a specific size pleated shade for an RV. It exactly what we ordered a came very fast. Would definitely use SelectBlinds again!
Ok blinds. Some of the panels were longer than the other ones so there is definitely so issues with sizing.
All but one of my blinds performs as expected. The one exception is it won't stay in position. When I rotate it open it closes on its own.

I purchased these same blinds 2 years ago in a different color. The quality is definitely not as good as they were and I'm very disappointed in the color. I wish I'd stick with my gut with my color choice instead of using the samples I was sent, Now I'll have to save over $1k again to replace these.

These blinds are our second order for the Zebra blinds. Our first order was the test to see how they look and fit our windows. We were so well pleased, we made the second order for our second room. We will be placing orders for two more rooms in the near future. I highly recommend SelectBlinds.
Ordered four mini-aluminum blinds. Installed easily and fit perfectly. Product itself is a bit on the lightweight side. I am unsure how long the twist mechanism will work as it seems to not work really smoothly.
