I ordered these for my mother - two bedrooms. It was a little difficult to tell what "level" of shades you were getting (lower, moderate, premium, etc...). So I just went with the price, but would have liked to have seen the differences in the description. I ordered size based on instructions provided to determine width. They were just as I ordered and fit great. The color was as expected. They were easy to install. And look really nice in the bedrooms (behind sheers), thus only needing the cheapest. My mother loves that they can be easily lifted or pulled down. Successful purchase!
Somewhat confusing as to what blind "levels" there are and if there are different "best", "better", "excellent"... I was looking for cellular shades top down/bottom up and really only had 2 choices of light filtering or blackout. No different size cells or anything...
Several years ago I ordered a lot of blinds - recently I need to change a bedroom blind from an opaque blind to a blackout blind. I was able to retrieve my previous purchase and find the exact measurements I'd used. And, since I'd previously purchased a blackout blind for a different bedroom room, I was relieved to find that color still available. It made ordering a new blackout blind incredibly easy.

The process was pretty quick and easy. The product is as described and was super easy to install. The only suggestion I have is when ordering multiple programable blinds that they be re-programmable and have the option to put all the blinds for a room on all remotes.

I ordered inside blinds, not realizing my window is not designed for it. Yes, it's my fault. Customer service offered 10% discount on a new purchase. And so, the only recourse is to pay nearly full price for a remake. I guess I expected something better. Risk is totally on customer. I will buy locally next time.
The Select Blinds associates are very knowledgeable and aim to please. The swatches are generous in size and I really like the easy method of installation without screws. However, when I opened and removed the blind, a tiny screw went rolling on the floor. The blind works and is very nice (cellular shade) But, I'm sure the screw goes somewhere! Overall, it is a nicely priced purchase.

We looked for a long time to find blinds that would work for our Anderson windows that have very shallow inside mounting surfaces. We wanted inside blinds and Select Blinds had a product that worked! We ordered samples to find the right brown to go with out our natural stained trim and they look incredible. Easy to install and no issues at all. I called several times and talked to Select Blinds people who helped me with the measuring and finding the right product. Highly recommend this company!
I've ordered from SelectBlinds before and had decent experiences. This time was a disaster from start to finish, and enough to make me walk away for good. Order placed: August 30. Today (Sept 28th): still no product. The build time dragged to 2.5 weeks, longer than what their site mentioned for this product. Only after the shades were shipped (2.5 weeks after ordering) did I learn the shades were made overseas (Vietnam). They have been sitting in U.S. customs for ~10 days. Customer service (outsourced overseas) added zero value: no proactive updates, no explanation for the delays, no ownership... just finger-pointing. One rep literally told me that once it shipped, it was UPS's problem, not theirs. Getting customer service to contact "manufacturing" took repeated calls. Even then, updates never came back to me, I only learned anything by chasing them down again. This was a masterclass in how not to treat customers: missed timelines, zero transparency, and a support team that won't take responsibility and offers zero resolution. I won't use SelectBlinds again and won't recommend them to anyone.

Very responsive company. Short delay for back order on material. But the blinds are easy to install. Fit perfectly. Love the black out option for our Texas heat, but have more light when needed, and the option of just enjoying our beautiful view!
A friend measured and put these up for me. As the witness to this project, it was easy! Actually, it was. Just make sure brackets are evenly spaced, and snap in! The brackets were very tight, so we bent it a tiny bit so it would snap in easily.
These are gorgeous, and for me, I like the very sleek look. Easy to raise up and down.
Ordering, delivery, price point was great. Quality of the blinds is questionable. They look nice but they don't close smoothly and the panels constantly fall out which is a bit annoying.
First purchase went very smooth. Second purchase not so much. Although they arrived earlier then expected they set the wrong size. Customer service unfortunately was a nightmare! Finally with one last ditch effort I got a very nice lady in design and she helped me along with her supervisor get the job done. Two weeks later I got the correct ones. Only thing I would suggest is a better way to mount the valance on an inside mount window. With two of us it was not an easy thing to do.
They are nice, but very expensive In comparison shopping. The blind them selves have some reactance to them in the way you pull them down. Usually they'll last about 5 years before tearing
Or a stain which could be from high humidity both problems.
They do filter nicely.

The blind had a crack in it. I called customer service and they saw the picture of it and sent one to replace it. Good service.
We moved to the county and have large windows and a beautiful view. I did not want my view obstructed. I wanted something that was sleek and would just disappear, however afford privacy when needed. I did research for about a month and decided I would try Select Blinds, I liked the color, style and price point. I ordered one blind as a test. Would we like it, did we measure it right, how hard is it to install? We were pleasantly surprised, size was perfect, color on point and it took 5 minutes to install. Without hesitation I ordered for the entire house, just by chance I hit a Labor Day special, and my cost was significantly reduced. I would recommend these 100%, I receive compliments all the time and have had a friend order for her house. Haven't been this pleased with a purchase in a long time!
The no-drill install was easy and simple. Once the blind was in place, the pattern of the zebra shade had to be pulled beyond the window, over the sill, to obtain the light filtering effect. By doing this, the bright lights from the neighbors peek through the sides of the shade, therefore making the light filtering benefit of the shade ineffective. I submitted a claim with SelectBlinds, including a brief video, and a non-favorable determination was issued. For the amount of money I spent on this custom shade, I am very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
