The ordering process was easy. I liked all the choices in color, size, raising mechanism, etc. The blind came in about two weeks: very good time for a custom product. I bought the size guarantee, mostly concerned that I might have made a mistake, but the blind fit perfectly. I wish the top flange of the mounting bracket were longer so the screws didn't have to go so close to the wall: it was hard to hold either my hand (around a screwdriver) or a power drill and driver straight that close to the wall.
I'm really happy with the shade I selected. It works great and looks fantastic!
The blinds are telescoping and won't roll up evenly, no one is willing to help, All they say is we don't issue refunds. Very poor quality
Blinds receive in short time. One blind was damaged in shipping but a replacement was sent shortly after I notified select blinds.
Ordering was easy, but the shades themselves are very poor quality. The pull barely moves the roller and the shades feel very cheap and are made of flimsy plastic. The vinyl is creased and looks terrible when unrolled. It's too lightweight, even though we ordered samples we couldn't tell how flimsy the finished product would be. There is also too big of a gap on the top and sides of the shades, almost negating the effect of the blackout material. Unfortunately, we aren't able to use any of the shades we ordered and will be donating them or throwing them away. They just weren't what we expected at all.

I have ordered from Select Blinds 3 separate times now and I am more pleased every single time. I never find better prices and I am always satisfied with my products.
The blinds I ordered fit perfectly and both the semi-sheer and opaque functions work great! Worth the investment.
I had a pretty bad experience with customer service, in that they kept referring me to one form after another and none of it worked to resolve my problem. I bought 2 cellular blinds with a 5 channel remote control AND 2 solar panels. Only after did I realize that I should have bought the app controller rather than the remote control since my remote control never was able to pair up to either blind. Instead, I now use the app to control my blinds. Which is fine, I guess, but it cost me so much extra time and money getting my super's help in trying to set it all up to no avail until they found a solution to not use the remote control at all? Frustrating would be my only experience working with select blinds.

Installation was a breeze. The blinds look and work well.
Horrible, no follow up…. Did not fit, called spoke to two "reps" crickets…. No follow up! Would never recommend at all!
Easy to measure and easy to fit. I am a returning customer and was able to fit the new blinds in the existing brackets which made installation easy breezy. Love the new to me way they made the valance even easier to install. Really like the cordless lift and lower.
The blinds are well-made and fit well. They arrived on time with no delays or problems. I'd shop from Select Blinds again.

Important to follow measuring directions however, for an RV, the additional width we were told to add is not always feasible. As a result, we ended up ordering blinds that were too narrow. We discovered the RV instructions AFTER we had placed our order. Fortunately, I purchased insurance and we were able to reorder the blinds at an additional nominal cost.
Our experience has been great. We have used Select Blinds multiple times to replace blinds in our house as they age. The process is straightforward and the product is great.
Ordered a VERY expensive motorized blind with NO DRILL MOUNT for my wife's classroom. Was told 5-7 days for delivery. Arrived in 3 weeks with drill mounts. Contacted the company and they claim I ordered it the way it was shipped and refused to remake. Oh… I also paid extra for the fit guarantee. Guess what… they DO NOT FIT. Make sure you know what you are getting into when you order from these people. You will be stuck with what they send you regardless.

Well I had another botched order from seletblinds. They got the length wrong on one of the blinds and i went for an exchange and sent a picture showing the blind doesn't go past half the window. So it took them over a week to review my warranty claim and now they want me to go back and take a video and provide more photos. I told them I would be happy to return this one window treatment and get a new one but there customer service is not having it. This is a reno so its not like I can just go to another room a d make a video. I will go do it but just puts me back a few more days. I will take my buisness elsewhere moving forward I doe about 3 to 4 rents a year and have tons of orders with select. But if ypu want a blind that only goes down half way they are your company

Overall experience was good with SelectBlinds. The product ordered and delivered was to specification and exactly what was represented. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that there was limited tracking available on the order and the delivery took longer than expected.
Honestly, I made the error in my order of "Casual llght filtering roller shades." I misunderstood what reverse roll meant and did not care for the way the shade stuck out from the window. When I called custumer service (4 times, BTW), only one agent understood my question (could the roller be reversed?) The response was either unintelligible yapping or "duh!", a frustrating experience. On the fourth call, the agent seemed to understand but told me nope, it could not be fixed. He then offered me a $9 credit on my $430 order. (This was a laugh if you like that sort of humor.) My problem required someone who could understand it, which three agents did not. I have spent a fair amount of money on select blinds products and I was dismayed by the agents' lack of competence and capacity to "get" it. I wasn't looking for a credit, just some intelligent understanding of my (self-induced) problem and a willingness to work with me to make it better. Too bad.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
