Product is great and fits perfect. I had an issue from a mistake I made. That's when I found out the only way to communicate with customer service is through text messaging. This was a very frustrating experience and took several weeks with multiple reps to finally get the part I needed. In the end Select Blinds did right by me. My only suggestion is do away with only texting for customer service.

My blinds on time and they fit perfectly in my window, the color and quality were superb!
They were also very easy to install!

Ashlyn assisted in measuring for inside mounts including figuring for window latches and such. She also made sure that our order included the discount that was offered to us. We love our new blinds!

The roll up shades aren't anything to brag about. Had to replace ones in the bedrooms for allergies and one shade I didn't realize had to screw into concrete, but figured I wouldn't be able to return as it was custom fit. Opted for the outside mount so I could eliminate the light gap on sides. Ordered light filtering ones for my kitchen but they don't seem to let light in. Overall shades are fine, but not worth the $400 for 5 roll up shades that don't seem much different in quality than walmart.

There was an issue with my order but the customer service representative made it right. I'm a repeat customer, and this experience ensures I will continue to be. The shipped product is exactly as expected based on the samples previously supplied.

I was nervous to measure and buy these custom blinds online, but reach out in their chat and was told that if the measurements were wrong, they would send a free replacement. I went with the zebra blinds, which are gorgeous! I did have someone install them for me, took only about three hours for nine full length windows. Chose the motorized blinds for some and I would recommend this option if you can swing it! Overall, communication was great and I feel like the price was fair, especially for the very high-quality I received.

Cellular blinds were quickly delivered, easily installed, and fit well. They also work as expected.

Good selection. Seems like a fair price. I suggest reading up on content of shade. I discovered my shade has some paper in it. I hope it holds up since I put it over a sink.

The blind were the color the we picked it was the correct size the correct look the only issues that I have with the time a month and a half, maybe two for one blind to come in it quite a long time to wait. I would understand it if it was a whole house order, I know you guys do a lot better

Select blinds came through! I had no idea they took care of my issue. Turns out they sent the correct sized cornices. 5 star customer service now! Just be patient as the will resolve issues. 🙂

The blinds I bought look great, are sturdy and fit perfectly. I will be purchasing more from Select Blinds. The only comment I would make, is that the original price on the website increased significantly when I checked out. If it wasn't for that, i'd go 5 stars. A bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.
