The quality, look, shipping packaging and ease of installation were all a 10. Unfortunately the after sale customer service experience was terrible. The proper brackets were missing for one of the blinds I ordered and it was a nightmare trying to get a replacement bracket. Obviously outsourcing the customer service to India is not working.
My third order. I wouldn't come back if the product wasn't great. Beautiful blinds, simple installation, everything made to order. I called before ordering regarding a measurement, and was talking to to human almost immediately. Highly recommended!
Didn't realize I was not getting a valence... or maybe I missed it... but could not find on your website where to order the valence
The blindss fit the old brackets and went in easily. They are a perfect fit. Gave it 4 stars since I am disappointed to have to replace my previous blinds that I got from Select Blinds (hence the perfect fit) because the cord that lifts the blind broke after less than three years and out of warranty.
The blind is fine. I installed it myself and it was easy, but the instructions are not very good. This was the first time for me to install a blind. It did not come with the valance clips so I ordered them. They don't seem to fit. And I'm not gonna take the blind down to see if they will fit. It took a little longer to receive then I would've liked, and I had to make a phone call and receive them about a week later. But for the product, I like it.

I ordered the rounded valance but received the square one.
Having my blinds custom-sized ended up being more expensive than I expected, but it was absolutely worth it. I chose the insurance option just in case, since I ordered them slightly larger than needed. When the blinds arrived, they were indeed too big, but after one quick phone call they immediately sent me the correct size. Overall, I'm very happy with both the experience and the product.

The blinds continue to be assembled without regard to overhanging bottom slats and probable early failure due to lift cord scraping against sharp edges of the slat.

Got an email for an additional 7% off. No code there. Called and they couldn't help.
Lots of help on the phone to make the right selection. Came on time. Simple to install my no-drill Roam Shade. Its perfect.
I'm a returning customer but this time the cellular blind does not hang level I spoke with a very rude gal she said pull blind all the way down and give it a couple of firm tugs to reset it well after multipl tugs no luck crooked blind how nice
I received the blinds over about a week. I ordered five and none of them came in the same day. Took close to 2 1/2 weeks to get the last blind because it was hung up in "customs in Mexico". Not the best quality. They don't go up and down very easily and don't hang straight

Easy to work the website. Hope they are good blinds
I order a blind for a new window in my living room, to match the other blinds I bought for the room 4 years ago. I was thrilled to see that they had the same exact blind in the exact color. I ordered it and it was delivered within a week. Matched perfectly!
The shades were easy to order and delivery was good. Installation was quick and easy. They are working very well...
Had a hard time understanding the promo code box and waiting for it to find a code.
I have ordered several different shades with you select and have been pleased with everything so far. But … the hand drawn roller shades are terrible. I ordered 8 shades for a customer and they spin out of control if I try to operate them after I had to work on them to get them to work
Work just a little. Apparel they were never rolled correctly when they were shipped. Customer isn't happy at all with them. So now I have 8 shades that are mine and he doesn't want any replacement because he lost all trust in me and shades.

Self blinds the best and easiest app to work with! 5 stars
I had to chat with support to select the optimal solution for my 72" wide window that is behind my sectional sofa. I can reach the left side, but the rest is challenging (stand on sofa). The new blind is wide enough to cover both of the windows, the full 72" and I raise and lower it from the left with the continuous cord loop. Perfect! Looks great too.
So glad I walked through the window measurement process; when I double checked the windows were 1/4" different than I expected.
Ordering online was easy, and price was very reasonable for the quality and zippy service

Its a fraud. They don't cover "custom" orders but all their orders are custom 🤦🏻. Yes i had a problem & yes i bought the insrance.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
