I have ordered several different shades with you select and have been pleased with everything so far. But … the hand drawn roller shades are terrible. I ordered 8 shades for a customer and they spin out of control if I try to operate them after I had to work on them to get them to work
Work just a little. Apparel they were never rolled correctly when they were shipped. Customer isn't happy at all with them. So now I have 8 shades that are mine and he doesn't want any replacement because he lost all trust in me and shades.

I had to chat with support to select the optimal solution for my 72" wide window that is behind my sectional sofa. I can reach the left side, but the rest is challenging (stand on sofa). The new blind is wide enough to cover both of the windows, the full 72" and I raise and lower it from the left with the continuous cord loop. Perfect! Looks great too.
So glad I walked through the window measurement process; when I double checked the windows were 1/4" different than I expected.

Its a fraud. They don't cover "custom" orders but all their orders are custom 🤦🏻. Yes i had a problem & yes i bought the insrance.

I had issues with the motorized blind coming out of sleep mode to program. Calling tech support was not any help since the just repeated the written instructions. Finally got it to work on my own.
Ordering samples online was easy and our samples arrived fairly quickly but the system could not update online beyond the order date and projected shipment dates (these never changed from 8/4 when checking status almost daily). Took several chat sessions and phone calls to find out manufacturing had not even begun(8/13). From text sent to us 8/13:
Hi there. Thank you for contacting Select Blinds, I'm Veina and I'm here to assist you today. Apologies for the wait, we're currently experiencing very high volume of sms/chat inquiries. I do apologize for the inconvenience, your order shows it's set to ship out on 8/15. Tracking information will be sent via email once it ships (never received the email) When they arrived I was very pleased with the ease of installation, quality of materials and effectiveness of the block out of light.

I have placed two orders and have been so happy with the products I have received. The blinds fit my windows perfectly and I am very pleased with the materials used.
Excellent instructions on how to measure windows for the blinds. Easy to order online. Arrived in a timely manner. Good instructions on how to hang. Very pleased with my order.
A very good experience. The additional 5% off never came through however.
I ordered two blinds. They arrived in the timeframe promised, but one was dead on arrival. It was never functional. I chatted with them the same day they were delivered and explained the problem. I was told I had to fill out a warranty claim and attach photos and a video. Thankfully the claim was approved, but it took weeks to get the replacement. I would have appreciated more urgent handling since this item was received defective. The blinds are exactly as ordered and I'm satisfied with their quality.

I ordered 3 Elevated Coastal Woven Wood Shades in the Argan color. They are beautiful, sturdy so far, easy to raise and lower, and the added liner does a fine job blocking the afternoon sun. Installation was very easy. I chose an outside mount as I have one wide shade covering 3 windows, but I think these would look better mounted inside due to the unfinished edge of the wooden headrail. I was shocked that it took less than 2 days for the order to arrive from Vietnam!
I waited over 30 minutes for a human customer service agent. Prior to that I was dealing with the AI chat "help" for another 30 minutes. I finally gave up.
My grandson put the blinds up in about 20 minutes. They work very well and look great. My only problem is apparently someone threw away the clips to put up the valance. Is there a way to get more clips so I can put up the valance?
This is the only place I could find the size I needed. I hope I'm not disappointed.
It took forever to receive my new blind for my guest room. I ordered from you before but this blind needed replacing after 6 years. I expected the same great experience from before. Your tracking system told me my blind was being made for over 2 weeks and then suddenly the blind showed up with no shipping notification from you. I can only hope this is the last time I have to deal with your company.

The process was easy and the blinds work as expected!
I found a shade that looked like a good fit for a full length door window. Within a week I received a sample from Select Blinds, and confirmed color/material. Order arrived about 10 days later and met expectation.

I ordered some swatches that arrived very quickly. After deciding on the fabric I ordered and the blinds arrived quickly. It looks great in my kitchen window.
I ordered white blinds. You sent me brown blinds. I called and was told I order brown. I didn't! I spent 27.00 to return the blinds to you. I haven't heard anything back. I asked for a refund and was denied. I ordered blinds for 1/4 of the price from Amazon and will NEVER shop with you again. I had ordered multiple time in the past... never again.

I have had 3 phone calls to customer service about my blinds arriving with black grease on the binding. I was told originally they would be replaced and then when I followed up on delivery time line I was told my claim was denied and to clean new curtains. The grease did not come out from cleaning. I called customer service again and was told I would be followed up in 24 hours and that did not happen. I am outraged by the lack of customer service and the delivery of a damaged product expecting me to have zero resolution for my order.

Great! I wish I'd have had a better image of what ny roller shade would look like without the vanity panel across the front. I'd have purchased it. But, overall, good experience!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
