We've ordered this type of blind before and have not had any problems. With these blinds the up/down function doesn't work properly. When lowering from the top it only goes so far then we have to inch it down. Same applies to when opening from the bottom up. Only goes a short distance and we have to inch it up. Disappointed with this last order.

Took me 5 years to pick out what I wanted and I love them. Tried to order on line but it wouldn't let me. When I called, the very knowledgeable person said it wouldn't look good with the outside roll up. He was right.
From the original phone order to the shipping and installation, I was pleased with my purchase.
I don't want to say "but", So I will say "and" I was a little disappointed with the drawings on the insert with directions for installation. They were small and a little hard to decipher.
But everything worked out well, so thanks!
Over the past 3-4 years I have placed multiple orders from selectblinds. Sometimes for 1 shade, sometimes for 10 shades.
All have been Honeycome/cellular.
Some Pulldown, some Pulldown /pull up. Some black out, some single honeycome, some double (insulation). Always perfect.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a motorized blind from here and the original order I received did not have the motor feature (and therefore it was useless). So after messaging customer service (which is a third party), they sent me a new one, which had the same issue. I have been trying to contact them for a refund (because it has been a month since my initial order) and they have not responded. There is NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP IF YOU EVER HAVE AN ISSUE.

Regarding pairing the remote with the motor, the instructions do not say to remove the end cap to have access to the P1 button. You must assume all customers are idiots - including myself. I cursed the engineers and the marketing people at Select Blinds who put together this piece of equipment, as I could not see the P1 or figure out how to press it. Again, I'm an idiot, I didn't know I had to remove the end cap...BUT YOUR INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS NEEDED TO BE DONE. As I consequence to the poor instructions and my stupidity, I pushed a drill bit into the LED port on the battery back, thinking...maybe this is a button. I'm sure I broke the LED, adding to my frustration. Plus, you should have a URL link to the instruction video. The link to the instruction video on your website for my type of blind is BROKEN. This are issues that could so easily be fixed. Ideally the instruction manual is updated, but absent that change, you could just print out a sticker or something, and add it to the 'old' instruction manual.
This was a replacement blind for one I had purchased from SelectBlinds less than 2 years ago. The original blind had an internal string brake on the one side and it would no longer hold in the upwards position. I choose to buy the replacement only because I wanted the color and style to match the other 4 that still work. I did not contact the company because I couldn't find my paperwork for the original purchase.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
