This is not my first order! I have an old with wide windows that have to be custom ordered. I have ordered 6 blinds so far and all are perfect and look amazing in my house.
No tools blinds arrived on time and were as ordered and beautiful. However, the clip that provides the tension is plastic and snapped and broke when we went to install. We were unable to hang them
The initial blinds I bought for daughters bedroom fit perfectly and the installation was easy! Definitely coming back for another blind for the Music Lounge room.

I placed a couple orders for blinds in our house. Shortly after I placed my order, I realized I forgot one and contacted customer service. They promptly added the blind to my order, which allowed it to come at the same time as the other blinds. Once I received them, I noticed that one of the blinds measurements was reversed so again I reached out to customer service. They worked with me to get a new blind with the proper dimensions!
Purchased PVC 2" blinds to replace the grandma blinds in the house we purchased. Huge difference. Easy install. Looks great.
Worse product and service ever. Don't buy their product. What they advertise is not what they sell. They practice false advertisement. They should be prosecuted. Their customer service is the worse ever. Buyer be aware. Stay away! I truly dislike them.

My experience with Marcus via phone was wonderful. Marcus suggested different color samples because the color I originally requested wasn't offered in the size window treatment I have. When I received the colors he suggested along with some other samples I requested, I ended up going with what Marcus suggested after all.
The fit is perfect, also.
I called my order in after ordering samples. Marcus was so helpful. The shades came in and I installed them. It was so easy. The top down bottom up shades look wonderful in our primary bathroom.
I received some more samples for two other rooms in our home. I am going to email Marcus so i can place another order with him for seven more shades.

The remote controlled blinds are a perfect fit and high quality. It is imperative that you take measurements in 3 locations due to window construction tolerances. However, the instructions for installation are not clear so i suggest a third party review of grammar and clarity
From the very beginning of ordering to receiving the blinds it was a great experience. Blinds came perfectly sized. My window looks great! Will use this site again.
