Ordered the delicate silk for my living room windows. The blinds arrived well packaged and directions were detailed which made installation easy. The blinds made a huge improvement to my living room windows! Great selection and the company sends samples free of charge.
I was quite impressed with the ordering system, delivery and general quality of the product. Unfortunately there is a manufacturer's defect that is quite noticeable. The issue was reported immediately, photos were provided, and I was told that I'd be contacted in a few days. A few weeks later, still no response.
The first style of blinds from select blinds were terrible. Broke all the time. I'm trying one more style before I move on to another manufacturer.

Our order began with a bumpy start. We ordered several samples and fell in love with Ashen alcove. When placing the order online, the site allowed us to select 96 inches. A couple days after processing, we were notified that Ashen alcove could not be made that large. We decided to make three windows out of the one large window. Installation was a snap and it has totally transformed the room. I'm in love with my electric blinds and ashen alcove!
