Easy to install tho outside mount a little tricky to attach to top window molding - just had to bend brackets up a little so the head rail was level. Product could be improved by somehow having the shade be level at any position - this has to be adjusted by hand, now, otherwise the bottom rail may be skewed a little.
Nice quality shade. Large one. Brackets to hold shade not good for large heavy shade. Probably need better design. Is good for small lighter shade. Used duct tape to hold brackets on shade to get all in place. Very happy with shade though.

We are very pleased with our blinds. They are replacing a previous blind after about 10 years. This blind is quite a bit thicker and heavier and more light blocking. Will definitely use them again. The only thing I liked better about the old blind is the visibility through the light stripe. This one has less visibility than the old one.

The shade is very pretty and works well! However, I am deeply disappointed that select blinds now ships from China, which took a really long time compared to all the other blinds. I ordered in my old house that came from the United States.
Installing this blind took 3.5 hours when it should've taken 30 minutes. It was incredibly painful to work through the process and get on the phone with someone and then discover that they sent the instructions that we're not even for the blind in question. I like the blind, but I would never go to this experience again.
They didnt mention how terrible their brackets are. Cant even hang my blinds. Threw them away since they cant be returned. Ill never purchase from you all again. Terrible experience.

Lovely blinds at a great price. I unfortunately forgot to order the no drill headrails for the last 2 blinds I ordered and for some reason, they won't sell them separately. Make sure they are in your order if you want them… they are so easy to install. I put 7 blinds up in an hour!

I am STILL waiting for missing hardware, battery charger, remote so I cant even use these stupid things. I cant exactly give a quality rating when they have been sitting on my table for a month waiting for 2 small brackets. To deliver brackets is taking LONGER than it took to make the blinds. Absolutely SHAMEFUL, Not a Happy Customer.

I'm basically satisfied but I feel some of the shades don't last as long as I think they should. The string seems to break too often. I just replaced a shade from another company that lasted almost 30 years. I wish your's would too I don't feel I can go elsewhere because they have to match what I have

We were concerned about ordering the Zebra shades on-line since we had very limited examples in a brick and mortor store. Our apprehension was eased by the free samples. It was a great way to see the quality of the product and select the proper color. The website has a lot of information and the customer service representative was very helpful with answering all of our questions. The product is high quality, easy to instal, and beautiful! Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
