Double billed

I was double billed and still unable to use the service. Also difficult if not impossible to cancel having to jump back and forth to find the required information to cancel. I for one will no longer use your service or the website I signed up for.

Why unnecessary ban was triggered multiple times. The AI mechanism used by the team is unnecessarily triggering even when I did not do anything which reflects nudity or violence or abuse.

This is totally unacceptable.
I was banned multiple times as soon as I click on start button.

I did purchase some fan club memberships during January and these were valid charges. However, I have been locked out of Stripchat in February--my username and password are no longer accepted. I cannot log into StripChat (Europe) and the names of fan clubs not available for contacting to cancel memberships. I have been blocked out but continue to get charged for March (and some of Feb. There have been 5-7 monthly charges of $10.99. I have no intention to continue any of these fan memberships--especially without access to any of them.
