The team replied in less than 24hours and changed my one-year subscription to a one time payment. Easy process as long as you provide details of the original transaction. My service ticket was assigned to the customer service agent Jerome. It was so organized that after submitting me inquiry. They not only ackownledge the inquiry but also provivded the name of the agent assigned to my inquiry. The agent Jerome was very professional and within few hours my ticket was closed.
