I needed to cancel my membership to a site. There was a problem, the membership was paid with PayPal, which isn't one of the ways you can search for your membership in SegPay. I chatted with support, and they helped in finding and cancelling my membership

Got the same email multiple times that I replied to with the things needed to resolve the issue and in the end nothing got resolved at all. I'm now out $70 for something I've never even heard of before.
