First I was charged an amount of money that did not match the offer I accepted. I would have appreciated if the amount could have been corrected.

It has been almost 2 weeks and still no payment

I purchased credits on one of there sites, during payment it said declined. So i look at paypal and it posted! Also at my bank!. Customer service refused to return my funds or give me the credits!

Contacted SEGPAY customer service to make changes in my account. The support, expertise and willingness to accommodate, was one of the best I have ever received. Their personnel were well informed and expedient in the resolve.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I wrote you that since end of last year my payments with SEGPAY were changed (by any reason) from € to SEK and I don`t understand why this change had happend. Unfortunately I received no answer jet. I`m living in Germany and have no connections to Sweden, so please set my payment mode back to €!

I have been overcharged on several transactions by service provider and this has been raised, however, nothing has been done to credit the difference in errors made.
I was requesting a cancelation and refund of a subscription but I was told they could not find my info even though I provided a transaction ID.
Segpay hat von meinem Paypal Konto 2 unberechtigte Abbuchungen vorgenommen. Dies ist vorsätzlicher Betrug und wird von mir strafrechtlich verfolgt. Zudem habe ich Paypal über die betrügerischen Aktivitäten von Segpay informiert. Sollte bis zum 10.09.2025 nicht die komplette Erstattung der unberechtigten Abbuchungen erfolgt sein, werde ich Strafanzeige gegen die Geschäftsführung von Segpay erstatten.
