Nothing but problems with customer service. They dont answer questions. They just redirect the question to another agent and nobody gives an answer.
Then before my issue was fixed, they closed the ticket and sent me a customer review survey.
My experience wasn't bad, but I think that the answers should be faster, as long the refund service should be more interactive and easy for the consumer

They customer service was beyond exceptional it was excellent. They responded quick and handle my claim with the upmost professionalism and urgency and I am very thankful for that!
I have mailed segpay several times regarding my issue. I wanted to make sure that I cancel the subscription, because I tried to cancel it 2 times and still have been billed. And I'm sure about the source of the bill. I mailed SegPay and said that I'm 100% sure that they are the one billing me, as I didn't have any other subscriptions to the card. However, every time I received a response which seems to be from bot, and they never answered my questions, repeating the same answer which didn't provide any information.
I'm completely disappointed and very angry and now I'm suspecting that I've just been stolen from. I won't stop mailing them and hope that one day my subscription will be cancelled.

I requested and was told that i was gonna be issued a refund. But it never was refunded. Waited more than the time they said to expect the refund and contacted them again. Still they say that they have refunded. Asked me to check with the bank and they said no refunds has been initiated as well. Told you guys agajn and again only to hear the same thing. Absolutely disappointing.
Respectful and fast attention. I have solicited for refunds twice and they have proceeded without further questions. I'm happy with customer support, it's great to know I have access to it 24/7. My main issue is with the website that sells the content, since it seems to be full of banners that if you click once automatically charge you, without any confirmation whatsoever.
Bad. I was told Segpay wasn't the biller that I was supposed to talk to. I had been canceled the sub before the payment due date. But it was canceled after the payment due date. Ricky's room need find a better bill payer
