Purchase False Booking

Last week it billed again and this text was in the mail:

Your membership renews at 65.85 USD every 90 days until cancelled

Segpay wrote in a Mail it is a non-recurring membership. So i don't even know why i had zu pay nearly 70 dollar.

The Agent was friendly but there is no solution.

Some general payment services for certain websites can be so hard to deal with. Because it is not working directly with the website, communication can be hard. Segpay has ALWAYS been able to help or cancel any service immediately and without a bunch of back and forth. I am incredibly happy with the service.

Doch im gleichem Atemzug behalten sie, den vollen Grundbetrag von Betrag 19,99.-€ für diesen Monat zurück.
Und nicht wie versprochen zu einem günstigen Angebot von 9,95.-€

Ich finde dieses Verhalten einfach eine Frechheit und bewerte Ihr verhalten als Abzocke.
Ich hoffe das Sie in Zukunft von mir Kreditkarte keine Betrag mehr belasten, ansonsten werden gegen Sie Anwaltliche Schritte einlegen.

Issue was not resolve

When I try to add a debit/credit card to process. Payment, the system requires to select the country of origin for that payment method.
Mine is from Nicaragua in central America. And Nicaragua doesn't appear in the country list.

I missed trying to help

I don't know if the assistant wasn't able to understand what kind of help I was asking for, or if she wasn't willing to give me the help I wanted, but either way she didn't help me.

Hi Petr,

Honoring your request to take advantage of the January Blowout Sale was only possible if you signed up for it at the time of the offer. I understand that you wanted the remaining time on the current membership to credit towards the new one, but it was purchased in March of 2022. Your inquiry on January 27,2023, did not account for a response from the webmaster to grant this request. Only the webmaster can approve this and almost a year into the current subscription, I would have advised you to sign-up for the offer you wanted and attempted to receive credit for the unused portion. I hope this helps with any future purchases that you may make.

The fact that international fee got applied tells me that you guys receive the payment but declined to tell me that it went through so therefore you guys are saying it didn't go through but I'm missing $169. This is far from over and we're looking into this more with my bank and you guys next week.
