I subscribe to Purityvr.com/. I cannot access. I have tried everything I was told to do and I still cannot access. The final instruction I received was to empty my cache and history. Then try again. That did not work. Then I tried different devices. That did not work. Now no one will help me with any additional methods to try to gain access. It has been a total waste of money to subscribe. Personally I think it has something to do with the age verification process. NO ONE CAN SEEM TO GET ME ACCESS TO A SITE I PAYED FOR.

I was told my customer service that pending charges the bank handles which is clearly not the case. All finalized charges the bank files a dispute. All pending charges the merchant can refund. I had fraud charges from seagpay and paymenttico. Paymenttico paid me back in 2 days seagpay said let your bank reverse the charges.

I canceled my subscription on the same day I had a free membership and was still charged for the month. Need a refund but that's not gonna happen.

One email sent and my cancellation was done no ifs or buts a short email stating what I wanted and it was sorted out very quickly no ifs or buts.

Easy to complete and comply with and manage how the way it works and responds back asap
I have pay for the token amount, money is debit from my account but unfortunately I give all transaction ID, screenshot, bank statement but my token amount not updated. I lose my money very shameful.
No glitch, no transaction declined but they say we not received your money. Scam is done here with me.
I received a charge for an unknown subscription. After multiple contacts I have yet to receive a resolution to my inquiry.
Why would you provide your support to a service that scams its clients?
On Juy 17, I have emailed and called about canceling my subscription, but I am continuousley being charged every month. I contacted my credit card as well, but apparently I am still being charged because Segpay has it setup that it expired then renews every month so they can say it's not a recurring charge, but it really is recurring.
I asked for a refund as I never purchased the subscription to fantasyhd.com which I said in the email and all they did was cancel the subscription.
Customer services were very helpful and prompt to sort this out. Very satisfied.
