I needed to cancel a subscription, and was prepared to wait weeks for few-and-far-between correspondence topped with misunderstanding and headache. Instead, I asked to cancel the subscription, and very soon afterward got clear confirmation that the subscription was canceled.
They answered me really fast and solved my problem

Fast and smooth, customer service got back to me immediately. And they resolved my problem.
No help at all. Didn't resolve issue. I want to subscribe to an American website and my card keeps declining because of segpay. I have contacted my bank like they asked me to and they can't do anything because there is no pending transaction. It is on segpays end and they haven't resolved it so I can't use the website.

Please inform your bank that you are receiving an over-the-limit bank decline. We do not have any blocks on our end and see no reason why you are unable to purchase. Please use cs.segpay.com in order to see all of the declined purchases and their details.

Very helpful given the limited information I had. The person helping me figure out who was charging me worked pretty quickly and responded fast ad well.
I had forgotten that I gotten a subscription to a website, and I was very confused on why I was being charged and they were able to resolve it in a very quick manner.
Subscription was cancelled but not by me. When I called customer service they said they saw no reason why the subscription was cancelled. When I asked if my subscription could be turned back on for auto renewal. I was told my inquiry would be escalated and I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. My case was assigned to Jessica P. Ticket ID #CS*******. I have not heard back but Segpay did send two emails to rate their service. So rate I did. I was going to join another website but when I saw Segpay was the billing agent, I decided not to join. I will be cancelling all websites I have open that Segpay is the billing agent.
