I've been at it for a whole week now and there's still no solution. Kept on saying I didn't do the transaction but I gave them a receipt of it? Then asked me again about the details which I provided at the very start of the conversation. Not a good experience for me that's for sure.

Once you file a PayPal dispute the customer service agents are not able to override the process. However, they are able to provide you with any information in our system concerning your subscription. If you require any further details you have to contact your bank, which is PayPal. I hope this provides you with more insight into why they were unable to assist you. Great payment processor. I signed up for a membership and forgot what it was for? I canceled with ease and help from the help desk. After I realized I did need the membership that I just canceled, I had to sign up again. Very attentive to customer inquiry and followup is EXEPTIONAL. Wish all payment processor companies were like Segpay! Thanks!
