Buyer beware

They phish off of other sites (the legitimate site) and tell the event is nearly sold out even if the tickets haven't even gone on sale yet.

This site is a scam

I purchased tickets and paid 3 times the amount of the ticket plus an exorbitant service charge. I tried to cancel but couldn't get in touch with customer service. I thought I had cancelled so i purchased normal tickets better seats at a normal rate but the company wouldn't give me a refund. Disputed with my credit card but then the company suddenly sent the tickets and I am stuck with these over-priced tickets. Shame on this company.

I ordered a ticket as a present for my wife more than a month before the show.
They emailed me to let me know that the order was complete and that I will receive the ticket before the show. I've NEVER received it, and when I called 10 times for help it was always "It's not our fault, it's our seller, we can't help you".
WORSE WEBSITE EVER and WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.
They also NEVER responded by Live Chat...
PLEASE don't ever buy anything from them if you don't want to miss a show:(
I'm so heartbroken... I want everyone to know how BAD this website is!

My BF called secure tickets and was answered by Anthony was awesome and honest.
Our tickets were printed in 5 minutes or 3 min.
Yeah we got to see Elton John who I wanted to see for years n years. It must be my Christmas gift from my BF. THx secure t.

Price gouging for tickets
November 21, 2019

I purchased tickets for a football game this weekend for my local college team and was charged over $129 for two tickets. When I received the tickets the price on the tickets was $15 each. I understand making a profit and service charges, but this is price gouging at its worst! I will never use them again!

This site lies to you about the prices. After checking out you are charged a much higher rate then what you saw before checking out. Customer service is not helpful.

This was a terrible ticket service! I ordered tickets online. It was approved. Then I received a note that the purchase was canceled and I should call my credit card company. I did that and the credit card company called SecureBoxOffice and STAYED ON THE LINE while I went through the process again. SecureBoxOffice agent approved the tix and I received an email confirming that. A few minutes later, I received another email notifying me that the order was canceled. The credit card company didn't know what to think and neither do I!

WORST SITE EVER!

As other's mentioned, you will likely pay double for tickets you can find elsewhere for cheaper, and while I can get past that, what I CAN NOT get past is that you DON'T GET YOUR TICKETS FOR WEEKS... for an ELECTRONIC TRANSFER! So basically I purchased tickets, and am getting them (supposedly) electronically just days before the concert, so I'll have a short time frame to even resell them. After a good 35 minute argument on the phone with their customer service, I realized the only thing I could do is make others aware of this horrible company before they make the same mistake I did.

I ordered tickets on line. I thought Secure Box Office was the site used to get the tickets. I few days later I got a ticket in someone else's name. They charged me $103 for a $39.00 ticket! When I checked, there are still tickets available. This is a sleeze ball company. I am sorry they are getting over double the cost of the ticket.

AVOID AT ALL COST

We don't go to many concerts, but my wife's birthday was a special occasion so I went online the day the tickets released to make sure we could get tickets. Sadly, I was a fool. We purchased tickets from Secure Box Office only to discover we paid over twice as much as we can now buy them for on TicketMaster with NO refund or resale option. Additionally, they can't even assure me that the five tickets we bought will even sit next to each other. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in myself and the service at this extremely horrible site.

Purchase of tickets was easy. However, with website design it is easy to miss service fees calculation. Ticket price plus service and delivery fees are in upper right hand corner of order page and order button is at bottom of page not near the price total. This approach to showing price and fees a distance from purchase button seems to be an intentional way to obfuscate total price. Service fees seem to be very high

Excessive service fees

Thought I was purchasing tickets from the venue- didn't realize I had been redirected to a third party seller. Selected two tix at 116/each. Filled in my credit card info / email etc.
AFTER I selected submit/purchase, I was emailed a receipt revealing a total cost of $320. Secure Box Office had added $80 of service fees for two tickets.
Perhaps I somehow missed the reveal of the service fee amount, but be VERY careful if you are purchasing from them. I expect a fee of $15-20/ticket, but I feel a 30% service fee is quite unreasonable. I emailed and called to see if I could cancel, but no one ever responded to my email, and I hung up after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. I won't be using this seller again, and will let others know.

Hiding the total value of the purchase until you find some obscure web link to actually display the total amount is dishonest at best. $115 X2 (this is what's displayed) For $65 face value tickets, led me to believe the service charge was included. To my surprise, after you click the purchase button and the actual total amount is shown (without additional clicking to find it), do you find out it is not. Lesson learned. I will do my best to make sure others are aware of this business practice.

For those that missed the link to display the full total, it is left, forth bullet that reads "*Before shipping & service fees". If you don't click that before you click the purchase button, you will be responsible for the total amount that was not disclosed.

The prices listed on their website are not the true prices of what the tickets actually cost from Ticketmaster. Please be wary of them. I was overcharged almost $200. I thought I was on the Ticketmaster website and did not realize it was a different site. They also included a Hidden $70 fee that was not listed on my checkout page. I only found out about it when I looked at my email and saw the total. When I contacted them they refused to give a refund and when you call no one will answer and they will just keep making you push numbers. I finally had to do a chat in which they told me they don't do refunds. I plan on pursuing this matter further in a legal fashion.
