Bought tickets that never showed up got no customer service so I call my CC company now Secure Box Office are blaming me. Beware not a legit ticket operation
I have a Mac, and although I could see the QR code in two places on the print preview, they were both covered by a huge black box when I tried to print them. Customer service was able to print the tickets with the QR code on their end, so they suggested it might be a Mac issue. They said I should go to my local library to try to print the tickets. OMG! If they know this is an issue with Macs maybe they should warn Mac users before purchase OR, better yet, have their IT department fix this issue!

I bought outrageously expensive tickets in 5th row. I received tickets and they were 31st row. When we went to concert last night the box office said they were bad tickets, fake tickets. Maybe sold to several people, but fraudulent nonetheless. I am working to get my money refunded. This places is a scam site - beware.

It took me 3 Days to actually track down the tickets which I never received in the mail! Paid $100.00 more for a $20.00 Venue and their "SECURE guarantee" is just another part of the fraudulent tickets they sell! Never will I purchase again through this site!

I bought 3 tickets to the Prince tribute@ $25 each, which was $75. I was charged $213.58 for the tickets, that is an excess charge of $138. This makes no sense to me, and I will never buy tickets again from Secure Box office. Thanks for the info Diane S, but too little too late
Do not fool around with Ticket Master. They said they could not help me. Thst I would have to drive over 100 miles to box office. Securebox ofc got the tickets in just a few minutes
First and last time ever using e-tix secure box office. Charged my credit card $350.87 for two $72.00 tickets. That is $206.87 over the actual ticket price. I will not ever use this site again and would warn others to be careful. I went to the event box office and did not notice that this site had popped up. Will be very careful next time I order concert tickets. I have put this out on social media so my contacts will not get ripped of as I did.

I'm a mom and first time buyer of sports tickets so I'm a little nervous of the process. I ordered 8 tickets (3 adults, 5 teenagers) and was trying to find seats that are close together but not in the same row and within our budget. Emma answered all my many questions and was so very patient, kind & helpful through the whole process. Her customer service was top notch! Thank you Emma! We're so excited to take our boy's to their first professional baseball game.
Very disapointed that i found a good deal online, we booked for our family because our kids really wanted to go.
Then we get a call that they can get more money for our tickets therefore they will cancel our order...
Never again will i buy there, the disappointment that my kids had was too much to handle.
Its probably illegal cancelling, im sure its against ecommerce laws.
George was so patient with me and made sure I got the seats I needed all together. Being able to take to an actually person is very helpful when trying to purchase your tickets and he made sure I got my email with my tickets. Thank you again for all your help.
Please do not ever use this site for any purchase whatsoever. They charge premium prices and transaction fees, have zero refund policy, and dupe you at every turn. You can get your tickets to ANY event cheaper and better. PLEASE don't use them. They are cheaters and scammers. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY if you use them.
